The place was very clean with new bed linens and towels. The place is located inside a gated community with 24/7 security. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Instructions were clear. All amenities were as described. The host even allowed us to stay for an extra day for free which was super convenient and so nice of him. He also provided us with cat litter box which was also very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very kind and responsive host. All the questions and concerns were addressed quickly. We really enjoyed the stay and hope to be back once again someday. The location is top and private territory with a pool (which we unfortunately didn’t use due to slightly cold weather ) gave a certain level of privacy. It might be a bit surprising to wake up at 5:30AM due to a Mosque located nearby, but we get used to it after a few days. All in all: Highly recommend

Good place, lot of space as the apartment is located on 2 floors + upper terrace. The feel that you leave in a house. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking staff in perfect condition. But the main thing is that the owners are super nice, helpful and sincere people, they helped us with a transfer and all the small issues had been solved very quickly. I recommend this place and Aleyna's family.

We are happy to have the chance to stay in this house on the beachfront, with its own beach, sun loungers and sunshades, sports areas and social facilities, and elite and decent people. Although the season was wet in an environment filled with the unique smell of orange and lemon flowers, we had a very nice time, we were able to go to the places nearby and swim in the sea at the end of March for the first time. Although the house was a bit old, it was clean and had everything needed. The nearby chain market is a very good amenity. Since there are bath and sea towels in the house, you don't even need to take the towels that take a lot of space in the vehicles. It was a pleasure to have wifi in the house. Mr. Seçkin and the site staff were very helpful. I appreciate all of you.

We stayed in a hotel apartment offered by Ulvi and everything went very well. Their restaurant is amazing! We recommend it. We were very well hosted and the apartment was very clean and spacious. We were in a very nice area and close to transportation

Was a pleasant stay. Contact was good. Towels provided which was very nice. 1 min point are the chickens that walk there. In the morning poop in front of the door if you want to go to the pool. So first clean then enjoy it.

Perfect location in Kalechi. Perfect bathroom, and great renovation. It can be noisy on weekends, but not very. On the first floor it is humid in the house, but if you open the windows, it will be perfect.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. Extremely spacious rooms and shared living spaces. It was extremely comfortable that each room had its own bathroom. The house was delivered to us very clean. We usually spent time in the pleasant garden, including dinners. In the summer months you will have a much more pleasant time with the use of the pool. Wow, what an amazing place. The location was just superb. The house was clean spotless. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the layout is just great. Probably one of the best places i've stayed at. Could'nt have asked for a better place in Antalya! And the host was super nice and attentive. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and I plan on going back next summer.

We enjoyed a stay very much! The villa is super cozy and spacious enough for 6 adults. We were 5 adults and 1 kid. Bathroom on every floor comes very handy. Furniture and appliances are old a bit but of a good quality. Sound proofing is also very good - you won’t hear the 1st floor at all if you close the door on the second. There’s a very spacious and clean pool and a table tennis so bring your rackets and enjoy ☺️ 8 minutes to the beach, supermarket is in 5 minutes by foot. Very friendly host who can also help you with transfer, car rental and etc. Amazing experience!

Probably one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had. Kutluhan’s villa was super nice. Everything was brand new and modern. I loved the area. Very peaceful. I would rate this a 10/10! I’m definitely going back. My family owns a house nearby. I will stay here again next time ❤️❤️ I was very sad when I was leaving.

This was a fantastic stay. The villa itself was spotless, shining and beautiful as per the photos. Erdal overcame the language barrier effectively with a translation app and was always prepared to help, and even invited me for coffee and chat in his house. The air conditioning works well for heating if required or cooling. Swimming pool is completely private - great for families who value privacy. Lovely local shops to buy food, and meat for the bbq. Great base to relax and explore. So much natural beauty within short driving distance, from mountains and woodlands to crystal clear sea waters. To list a few relatively highlights to visit nearby: Phaselis ruins and beach, Calis mountain walk, Keane bogazi gorge and mountain drive, cirali yanartas mountain on fire. I would certainly recommend and stay again. My suggestion would be for hot water available for the morning especially for those wanting a morning shower, before the solar panel heating kicks in (lovely and hot in daytime).

First of all, Ms. Burcu was very interested in everything, very quick and clear responses to our questions. The house was very clean and the amenities were quite sufficient. We had a comfortable and peaceful vacation as if it were in our own home, thanks to Ms. Burcu. The location of the house was beautiful. The location air was cooler and fresher than the center of Kemer. Camyuva beach, which is very close to the house, was very affordable in price and met all our needs, and the sea was great. The pool of the site where the house is located was extremely clean and pleasant. During our stay, there was no other use of the pool from us. In short, we had a very enjoyable and peaceful holiday with everything. Thank you so much for the amenities and hospitality provided to Ms. Burcu.
