Our stay here was just perfect! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, the location is brilliant, it was easy to explore the north of the island. The house was so clean and beautifully presented, the pool was great! Maria was the most fantastic host and always on hand if needed. I would love visit again!

Good Location, near at the sea and comfortable house

Everything was brilliant from check-in to check-out. The villa is exactly as described and perfect for a couple. Very private and peaceful location. The host left snacks, wine and coffee which were very nice. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay and our stay was incredibly peaceful. We got lucky with the weather however the location is a 30 minute walk from the nearest supermarket, which was okay for us but a hilly walk in the heat is something to bear in mind if not hiring a car.

We were 3 couples and the accommodation fitted us very well with ensuite bathrooms for all the rooms. The surrounding area was peaceful and the view was stunning. Management was easy to reach when we needed help, and was so kind as to offer us a night free because of the countrywide strike, when we couldn't fly out. Thank you so much. We also enjoyed cooking some meals and having a simple bbq on some nights. The kitchen was well equipped and we were welcomed with all the things needed for breakfast. There was even beer and some spreads, we enjoyed and greatly appreciated the attention to detail. All of us had a wonderful time, thank you for hosting us. Definitely would recommend it.

From start to finish of our holiday Elaine and George were perfect hosts , nothing was too much trouble for them . The villa was perfect and the pool was so inviting after a long day out we even decided some days just to stay by the pool and cook on their great barbecue. Both of them made us so welcome . The villa is a great location to see all of the island and so peaceful.

An amazing location, the view is stunning, quiet, the house is very nice, perfect for a family of 4. Everything was very clean, bathrooms are really nice, very comfortable, you have everything that you need for a good week. The kids loved the pool. Beds are comfortable, terrasse is great to enjoy the weather and the view even if it’s not summer. A very good place to enjoy Kerkyra. It is recommended to have a car, even there is a regular bus in front of the house but you will need to walk to the different beaches. The host answers every question within few time, and welcomes us very nicely. We can only recommend!

Πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, για περίπατο στο πανέμορφο κέντρο της Κέρκυρας. Δύσκολο παρκάρισμα, μπορείτε να παρκάρετε μακριά και να περπατήσετε με τις τσάντες του μπάνιου επιστρέφοντας αλλά δεν ήταν πρόβλημα στην πράξη. Κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο είναι σε χωριστό όροφο, έχει ξύλινες σκάλες, θέλει προσοχή στο κατεβασμα. Πολύ καλό a/c.

Die Unterkunft ist günstig gelegen, sehr ruhig und etwas abseits von dem restlichen Trubel in Ksamil. Perfekte Lage und wunderbare Unterkunft - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Limos ist ein sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich liebevoll um seine Gäste kümmert. Wir waren sehr gern hier und kommen auch sehr gern wieder.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Nikki. Tout est conforme à la description. La vue est fantastique, grande piscine, tranquillité. La route pour y accéder est très sinueuse, mais nous étions prévenus avec la description et les commentaires. La communication est très facile par messagerie, avec une grande réactivité. Merci Nikki !

Very friendly hosts!! Great value for money and very close to the beach!

Nikos, Kostas, and the entire family were extremely hospitable. Nikos in particular communicated regularly, provided great support and local insights, and is all around a great guy. Kouramades is a small village, so if you're looking for quiet and private - this is the place. Supermarkets like Alfa-Beta, Sklavenitis, Masoutis, and others are closer to Corfu town, a car will be needed. The Internet is through Cosmote 4G, which usually provides 20 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up. At times the Internet connection to the tower can be congested, like in the early evening, but aside from that the connection quality and consistency is good. Kostas provided fruits from their garden and honey from his honey bees. Overall, the entire family was very kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Außergewöhnlich viel Platz, toller Garten, super liebe Hosts, sehr gastfreundlich, süße liebe Katze, wir konnten auch umsonst waschen. Der Preis mehr als fair! Gerne wieder :)

Location lontana dalla movida, quindi ottima per chi la sera vuole riposare senza essere circondati dal casino. Appena siamo arrivati siamo stati accolti con sorrisi, raki, caffè turco e anguria. Proprietari super gentili e disponibili, torneremo :)

C’était parfait ! L’appartement est propre, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. L’emplacement est idéal, au centre de Ksamil. La place de parking est un gros avantage. Merci à Debora pour ce séjour !

We loved our week here! The private beach really made it, you feel as though you've just been marooned on a desert island, so peaceful with the most stunning view. The stairs heading down are a bit tricky so take extra care, it’s certainly worth it once you’re down there. Achilles is a great host. Super responsive and solved any issues we had immediately, his mum lives upstairs and is also very friendly, as are the local cats who like to come and say hello. We found the bed super comfy, nice firm mattress and the bedroom windows has shutters to ensure the room stays completely dark so we always had a good night sleep. The washing machine is very handy and all detergent is provided along with toilet roll. Kitchen is well equipped as listed. We didn’t hire a car so we relied on the bus outside the house which takes 5 mins into Benitses. Without a doubt the best restaurant in town is Klimataria, just beautiful fresh and authentic food, the best seabass I have ever had!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Nous avons deux bébés d’un an et demi tout est adapté (barrière, lit, chaise, jouets) La cuisine est vraiment très équipé ! Georges et Rania sont très accueillant gentils et réactif. La mer est au bout du jardin un restaurant pas très loin du logement ainsi que le port de pêche. Je vous conseille tout de même un véhicule pour les autres déplacements. Encore merci à Rania et Georges pour leur hospitalité.

Un logement à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre et de la plage qui correspond parfaitement aux photos. Possibilité de garer la voiture à l’intérieur ou devant la maison dans la rue bien pentue. A seulement 10 min en voiture de Butrint donc parfait pour aller visiter.

Abseits der typischen Touristen Pfade liegt dieses wunderschöne Häuschen. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und konnten richtig abschalten. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung :)

I wish we could give more than 5 stars! Spyridon is an extremely special host, we had the most incredible time, we feel like we have made a true friend – he is unbelievably generous. The Airbnb is even cooler than it looks in the pictures and the whole area had lots to explore. We will be back!

The house is very comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again. It's very, very quiet (we were there in early April). The four adjacent houses are owned by folks from the UK. Everyone we met was very nice, no dogs, quiet, respectful. The hot water in the house is a bit wonky, but we adjusted to how it works and everything was fine. George, the host, who works for Hostlab, is not the person you message with on the AirBnB app. I had to contact him by phone to set up a time to check-in. He is super friendly, very helpful, responsible, and on time. The house was squeaky clean, nice linens, new washer, nice pans & sharp knives. We couldn't stop saying how peaceful it was and how many birds were singing. San George Beach is a 25 minute walk. Not much else to stroll to. We did some great hikes right from the house (3 & 4 hours). Nice views of the mountains from the porch, but not spectacular. All the windows have screens though, which is a plus in Europe!
