A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the courtyard of the main house for year-round living. Outokumpu is about 10 minutes away and Joensuu is about 30 minutes away. Koli is about an hour away and Valamo Monastery is about 30 minutes away by car. Modern two room apartment in the third floor of the apartment house build 1930, full renovated 2005. The house is located very close to the lake Höytiäinen. This location offers a peaceful environment for the fried of nature, but also lot of possibilities for different activities direct with a few steps from the house. The is only 100 meters to the beach. In front of the house are passing the nature and mountain bike –tracks witch turn in the winter as a cross country ski trail.
