The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

Luxuriously and cozily furnished apartment for private use. The accommodation is conveniently centrally located directly on the slopes and ski lift. During a cozy breakfast, you can see directly from the windows onto the Gerlos plateau and the surrounding mountain ranges. Here you can ski right up to the door. The central location distinguishes the property. You can park the car in the underground garage (2 parking spaces in a row) and do the rest of the vacation on foot.

Met de Zillertal Arena pas kan je vanuit Konigsleiten direct naar Krimml, Gerlos en Zell am Ziller skiën. Het drop zelf ligt op 1600 meter, waardoor het (bijna) altijd wit is in de winter

Cozy apartment centrally located in Krimml

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.

10-person apartments Simone without sauna

We have comfortably furnished apartments that can accommodate up to ten people. Some of our apartments have their own sauna. Our house is located in the center of Königsleiten in close proximity to the ski lifts and shopping. With strapped skis from the slope to the front door: From our house it is only 250 meters to the gondola of the legendary ski area of the "Zillertal Arena" with 160 km of slopes and over 50 modern lifts.

Ulis Skihütte

Ulis Skihütte is one of the oldest on the Königsleiten in an exposed prime location. Located right at the ski lift, start and end your perfect ski day and watch your loved ones ski. The accommodation for a maximum of 5 guests offers you free Wi-Fi, a TV with free NETFLIX access and a south balcony overlooking a wonderful Alpine panorama. Minimum stay is 5 days.
