On the same floor you will find a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski shop with ski boot dryers. There is also a laundry room and a sauna, which can be used in consultation. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.

The nearest place to shop can be reached by car in a short time (in winter there is a Spar market at the lift station).

It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
