We had a great stay and Katerina was very friendly and always available if we had questions or wanted some recommendations for the area. The Airbnbs she is renting out are adjacent to her own home. The streets to get to the beautiful natural area are not paved very well for the last strech of meters, but are no problem to get there by car. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, safe and very clean place to stay with super friendly hosts!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικά καθαρό με υπέροχη διακόσμηση. Πεντακάθαρο μπάνιο και η κουζίνα παρείχε τα πάντα σε βαθμό να νιώθεις σπίτι σου. Το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ φωτεινό και ζεστό και μόλις λίγα λεπτά από σούπερ μάρκετ και την Παλιά Νομική. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα στα μηνύματα μας. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά.

Πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης.Το δωμάτιο ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και καθαρό . Το σπίτι αν και είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο έχει πολύ ησυχία και βρίσκεις εύκολα parking.

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ωραίο, με την μόνη εξαίρεση ότι η ντουζιέρα ήταν λιγάκι λερωμένη στον τοίχο (με σκούρες μαύρες τρίχες). Κατ'αλλα όλα ήταν καθαρά (σεντόνια, πάτωμα, πετσέτες κτλ). Το μόνο που ήταν δύσκολο ήταν τα στενά δρομάκια (ειδικά άμα έχεις πλατύ αυτοκίνητο). Η θέα, η ησυχία και η διάθεση από την ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν τοπ. Όλα καλά, θα το ξαναπροτιμούσα σίγουρα

Δεν έχω λόγια! Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, σαφέστατες οδηγίες άφιξης, εξυπηρέτηση με οποιαδήποτε παροχή, πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει στα ζητήματα της πόλης. Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς αυτό που βλέπετε, καθαρό, πρακτικό, ήσυχο. Αν θέλετε να μείνετε κάπου στην Κομοτηνή, δε θα το μετανιώσετε.

Το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα του διαμερίσματος είναι ότι διαθέτει αυτόνομη θέρμανση με καλοριφέρ (υπάρχει και κλιματιστικό για το καλοκαίρι), οπότε παραμένει ιδανικά ζεστό ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες των επισκεπτών. Ο χώρος είναι προσεγμένος και ανακαινισμένος όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Ο ιδιοκτήτης μας απαντούσε άμεσα σε ο,τι χρειαστηκαμε και μας έδωσε πολύ ωραίο κρεβατάκι παιδιού. Η τοποθεσία είναι ήσυχη και υπάρχει πάρκινγκ μέσα στο χώρο για το αυτοκίνητο.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this rental house! The property exceeded our expectations and was even more beautiful than the pictures. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The house was fully equipped, and nothing was missing. We enjoyed a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. There’s a fantastic grocery store nearby, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Additionally, there are several excellent restaurants just a five-minute drive away, serving delicious local cuisine and, of course, fresh seafood. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Very good apartment, very clean, close to the center of Komotini. Dimitra is a very nice and helpful person. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. You can park for free in front of the building. We will come back when we come to the city.

We stayed only one night but the apartment was brand new and clean so we are happy. The host didn't speak English so we had some challenges to figure out check-in but all good at the end.
