Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, l'endroit est bien situé, le logement bien équipé avec une vue magnifique. Notre hôte fut réactive et nous a donné de bonnes suggestions de visite. Tout était propre à notre arrivée, recommandons fortement !

Wonderful experience staying here, hosted by this family! I booked a year in advance, and Marijana was consistently prompt and helpful. Toni (Tonci) and his father took over during my arrival, stay, and departure. Friendly and informative, they answered my questions, and I enjoyed chatting with them during my three-night rental. The unit was even prettier than the photos. It was perfectly clean and well-supplied, with amenities present as described. The trees and stream create a lovely setting. The town and Adriatic are only a 3-minute walk downhill … but it’s uphill back. A small grocery store is another uphill walk - a lovely climb through the forest. Have Ubers pick you up and drop you off at the unit if you don’t want to climb on the narrow road. It’s no surprise that this place is usually rented. I recommend it, and especially the hosts, highly. Thank you!

Antonio was an amazing host,he even picked us up from the airport and he was very kind. We definitely will be back and he gave us alot of helpful details about dubrovnik and history of this beautiful city.Thankyou very much you were amazing and this apartment is so beautiful

From the time we met in person upon arrival to receive a detailed walk through about the home and the neighborhood, we loved everything about Vinja's place! It is so comfortable and has everything you need, and the neighborhood is wonderful. The restaurant across the street is fantastic, you can walk less than 10 minutes to a grocery store, cafes, bars, shops, bakeries, even the ocean! And it's more like 3 minutes to a bus stop that takes you directly to Pile Gate where you enter Old Town Dubrovnik on a bus that runs every 15 minutes. And Vinja provided all of this information clearly and complete with a map! Plus any time I asked for additional info, like a spa recommendation, or tour suggestions they provided it right away. Check out was easy too, I only wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment was absolutely ideal for our stay in Dubrovnik. The views are amazing and the location was perfect. It was straightforward to reach all three city gates via stairs or the street if you don’t want to tackle the stairs. The parking was a massive plus and the bakery and shop just a 3 minute walk up the road were a bonus. The apartment is well appointed and spotlessly clean. Ivana the house manager is a treasure, so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this flat.

Couldn’t recommend Jessica’s place more highly! The balcony view over the ocean is gorgeous. The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walking to two grocery stores as well as the beach. The wifi worked perfectly for video calls (digital nomad recommended) and the air conditioning is strong. Jessica is a wonderful host; communicating promptly and providing both local recommendations as well as clean laundry for the unit. Whenever I’m in Dubrovnik, I will be staying here.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Dubrovnik. Lovorka est adorable et très prévenante, nous avons été accueillis comme en famille. La vue du balcon nous a coupé le souffle et en avons profité soir et matin en admirant la vielle ville ou le coucher de soleil face à l'île de Lokrum.L'appartement est parfait, très confortable et très bien équipé. We had a wonderful time at the apartment . The view from the balcony was stunning and the apartment was very nice and had everything we needed and only a short walk to the old town . The hosting was fantastic and made everything easy for us on our stay . Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Dubrovnik and the perfect location to stay !

Casa con muchísimo encanto, ubicación excelente a dos minutos de la muralla y vistas espectaculares. La casa está en un estado impecable, moderna, estilosa y muy limpia. Dispone de todos los servicios necesarios aunque se hace imprescindible que añadan aire acondicionado en la habitación principal. Por la noche al estar cercana a la zona céntrica hay ruido de música, gente… no es fácil descansar a primeras horas de la noche. Muy contentos con nuestra estancia. Recomendamos encarecidamente este alojamiento.

Emiljia und ihr Mann haben sich super um uns gekümmert. Da wir am Feiertag angereist sind und keine Geschäfte offen hatten, haben sie uns ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank gelassen. Ihr Mann hat uns ein paar Tips für die Gegend gegeben und uns beim einparken geholfen. Der Parkplatz in Dubrovnik ist Gold Wert...auch wenn fußläufig alles sehr gut erreichbar ist, so haben wir für unseren Mietwagen doch einen Platz vor der Haustür gehabt. Unserer Tochter haben die beiden Katzen sehr gut gefallen...rundum tolle Unterkunft und tolle Gastgeber. vielen Dank

Moni et son mari sont extrêmement gentils et réactif. L'appartement est comme décrit et très propre. La vue est extraordinaire de jour comme de nuit.

Snjezana was the perfect host for our first time to Dubrovnik. She kindly offered us a lift on arrivals to Dubrovnik airport, directly to our air BnB - which was really handy and took the stress out of trying to find her place after a flight. The view from the balcony is fantastic with great sunsets! and a super cosy stay with most importantly a great quiet nights sleep which you may not get in the more built up busy areas. it's about a 25 min walk into the old town which was fine and was a pleasant walk. There are plenty of Ubers around at all times if you want to save your legs as there are alot of steps in Dubrovnik. we couldn't recommend Snjezana's place enough for a visit to Dubrovnik. A lovely host with an enthusiastic/welcoming way with them and proud of where they are from - which really is good for any knowledge you may need of the area. P.S Thanks for the home grown oranges they were delicious. 😆

We had a lovely visit and the flat is great. The photos and amenities are accurate. The hot tub was a welcomed treat. The flat was very clean and nicely located near grocery shops and restaurants. Not far from Old Town by bus or Uber. We would stay there again.

Die Lage ist optimal, nicht weit zur Bushaltestelle und zum Strand. Der Blick vom Balkon ist abends besonders schön.

WOW! What a great location. Inside the old city walls, walking distance to so much. Be prepared if you stay here or anyplace in the old city to walk a lot of stairs. The unit was spacious, well-appointed, comfortable, quiet and convenient. The shower was spacious with plenty of hot water. Everything worked properly and easily. Slavica does her best to try to ensure that you have the best visit ever! Just be prepared for VERY firm beds!

This was an amazing stay! The host was so sweet and was waiting for us when we got dropped off via taxi. She then escorted us to the apartment from the drop off location and showed us how everything runs/should be used. She made sure we had no questions and were comfortable before she left. As soon as you walk in you can see the amazing view of Old Town below. The neighborhood is quiet and we had no issues with neighbors or other guests in the area. You can easily get to surrounding areas for food or other things you made need. The only thing I can say to consider is the height at which the apartment sits. It’s amazing for the view and the quiet, however, there are many stairs and/or hills to get back if you decide not to taxi. I wouldn’t let that alone rule this place out because it’s really a great spot. We had a great time and are thankful we stayed here for our trip!

Marija’ house is so beautiful, It is hidden in the alley, like a paradise, Marija and her husband decorated the yard very delicately. Before we checked in, they sent us a detailed check-in instruction video, and tried their best to meet our needs during our stay. This is a wonderful accommodation experience and we recommend here to everyone 💖

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 5 jours au logement de Roberto. Le paysage était à couper le souffle, l'hôte a été particulièrement accueillante et attentive, elle nous a offert une bouteille de vin et des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée, ainsi que des oeufs de ses poules pendant le séjour. Elle nous a également gentiment permis de partir un peu plus tard que prévu le jour de notre départ. Le logement est très agréable, bien équipé, très bien situé pour l'accès aux transports et la proximité avec Dubrovnik, et le jacuzzi avec vue sur la mer et l'accès à la chambre est juste parfait. Les petits visiteurs félins sur la terrasse étaient, par ailleurs, un bonus adorable 🥰 Un grand merci de nous avoir accueillis dans votre merveilleux logement !

We had a wonderful stay in this AirBnB, I would call it more an oasis with the balcony, private seating area as well as the hot tub. We were greeted with a glass of wine and some local cakes (it was Easter Sunday) and were made to feel right at home. Everything was perfect and nothing was too much trouble. The hosts are very clear and accurate in their description of the place (photos and location), we enjoyed the steps and although it was a steep climb it wasn’t a problem in any way as we are active. We walked into the Old Town which is only a 40min walk but the local bus stop gets you there even quicker. All in all this is by far the best AirBnB we’ve stayed in and would love to come back!

We had a fantastic time. Katja was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. There was ample space with three balconies which was great and we enjoyed sitting out in the sunshine. The bus stop was 1 min away taking you to the Old Town but we used Ubers most of the time which were very cheap compared to the UK. We had a supermarket and bakery just underneath with lots of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely recommended this place to friends/family. Thank You

Amazing host and more amazing is his apartment. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the view . The description of the place and amenities were accurate. Davor is a friendly host and responsive. The place has free indoor parking so your vehicle is also safe and secure. Highly recommend this place if you are in Dubrovnik .

Wow wgat a stay We have just stayed myself and 2 kids and had the most incredible time. The apartment is beautiful with the most wonderful views from the balcony and the terrace. The hot tub is so nice to come back to after a day of exploring! The location is so peaceful but also convenient as a 25 minute bus ride and you are in Dubrovnik city. Host was so helpful and friendly m, nothing was to much trouble, even lending a charging cable for the stay! Would 100% recommend to anyone

We loved our stay in Gruz. Despite being a little way from the Old Town, a cheap Uber can get you there very easily. The property itself had everything we needed and Alen provided excellent recommendations and replied very quickly to any queries we had.
