Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Komin

Lovely little apartment next to the Rixos so about a 15-20 min walk to the Old Town. Check made super easy with the host coming to meet us to show us where to park, followed by a smooth check in, showing us a map and sharing recommendations. Lovely spot for a few days visiting :)

Ljiljana contacted me the day before with multiple photos of how to get in and where to park with helpful thoughts about the drive there. It was very nice. Tons of space, comfortable beds, and really the perfect location with a park next door, 10 min walk to the water and restaurants. We loved our stay!

A very nice and clean accommodation. Beautiful interior, nice to smoke, good supply of shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. The host was also very attentive with fresh flowers, asked how our first night was and she had all kinds of nice tips. Thank you. We have enjoyed it!

Amazing home in an incredible location. As long as you’re able bodied to move your luggage into the city walls, I highly recommend staying here, within the city of Dubrovnik. We were so close to anything we needed and Daniela provided fantastic recommendations and can help organize everything from an airport or ferry transport to day long excursions and tours.

This is a great apartment, very stylish, clean and well stocked with everything you’d need. Communication w Zrinka was great. Location was perfect, not more than 5 minutes to any place you’d want to condor in the Old city. Also very handy convenience store in the corner.

Great location, amazing harbor and islands view from the patio, very walkable to many restaurants and ~20 minute walk into the historic district which you can walk along the beach or a bit more direct along streets. Easy, short walks to multiple beaches both up and down the coast...providing options for quiet beaches or those with restaurants/bars, and activities. Very clean, comfortable, and with a private parking spot. Katarina our Host was proactive with meeting us at check-in, providing local advice and checking up to be sure everything was well...which is was! For a stay in Split, 100% would stay again!!

What is there to say. The apartment is 5 mins walking distant from the old bridge and all the major attractions but far enough from the maddening crowd. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and super clean and fresh. Everything you need is there. The host was extremely responsive and I recommend the apartment to anyone that is coming to Mostar. We were here for two nights and that is more than enough to see everything.

Amazing stay! Place is beautiful, the view is beautiful and the patio is nice and peaceful. About 20 minutes enjoyable walk to old town. Place is very clean and spacious. Host was very responsive and gracious to let us check in much earlier than we thought!

better than expected. from pictures looked miles from town but 10 to 15 minutes. even up hil was ok but you must have some level of fitness. I am 65 and was fine though. parking great but initially need majas dad to help. would never find it. balcony great

We loved our stay here! The apartment is located on a side street right next to 2 amazing wine/tapas places and steps away from amazing restaurants right on the water. The views from the apartment were just incredible as well. The apartment is 5 floors which was perfect for our family so we could all have our own space. The location of this apartment could not be better and the service from the hosts was amazing as well- we felt right at home! If you want an authentic and unforgettable experience in Korčula, this is the place for you!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. Dominik is an excellent host. Replied to any queries we had promptly. The property is absolutely beautiful. The view from the roof terrace is stunning. 2 minutes walk to the entrance of the old city. No car or taxis needed which we found a bonus. We had a wonderful week staying at this property and would definitely recommend it.

Staying at Almir’s place was a truly excellent experience. We received a warm greeting complete with complimentary treats and wonderful local recommendations. His place is perfectly located close to old town and other great spots but extremely quiet and peaceful. Additionally the two beautiful terraces, excellent views, and super comfortable and clean apartment all made this a superb stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful villa at the top of a seaside town. Beautiful view, not overlooked. Superbly equipped. The host is super responsive and has plenty of advice to give about the surrounding area.

We loved staying at Dino's place (which he manages on behalf of his parents Marija & Dado who live immediately adjacent to the rental). The house was so cute and we loved sitting on the front porch under the kiwi arbor for morning coffee. Marija and Dado were such sweet, welcoming hosts that always made sure we never wanted for anything, providing fig cake and jam as well as homemade limoncello, and Dado was kind enough to drive us into Korcula town to see the sites and catch the ferry to Split. The location couldn't be better -- it's right next to Konoba Mada which had delicious food, the local convenience market is a 2-minute walk, and it's a 10-15 minute walk to gorgeous local beaches and wineries. We didn't want to leave and would love to come back and stay in Marija and Dado's beautiful home again!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

We had such a wonderful stay in this apartment. The host is very responsive and super friendly and you can reach out to her any time during the stay! The apartment itself is spacious with amazing views out the windows and the big balcony/terrace was our favourite. We stayed for 11 nights and everything we needed was in the apartment. The kitchen is great and has crockery, dish washer, big fridge, all utensils etc. The location is great it was so nice to be close to everything but in a quiet area at the same time. I would recommend this apartment and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

LOCATION is perfect esp. if you want to avoid the steps. The place is suoer clean and bigger than the picture.
