Apartment vacation rentals in Koločep

We had a lovely stay in this Airbnb. Exactly as shown in the photos with plenty of amenities provided - extra towels and toiletries. Also it was very clean. The location is close enough to old town in an Uber or taxi (roughly a 5 minute drive). I would highly recommend and would love to return again!

Sinisa offers a pick-up service from the airport which is fantastic. He kindly drove us to a supermarket for supplies. The apartment is beautiful & immaculate. In the fridge were beers, wine, water, apple juice, and some chocolate treats which was a lovely suprise. Plenty of towels in the bathroom with a great power shower. A large terrice with table chairs, sunbeds & beach towels. lovely bedrooms, very comfy beds. Large sofa and T.V with plenty of apps and channels. The kitchen has everything you would want a large hob, oven microwave dishwasher, panini press & more. The apartment is in an idyllic spot lovely and quiet but in an uber just 20 mins into Dubrovnik. There are 2 really nice restaurants within a few mins walk and more restaurants 20 mins walk around the beautiful bay. You have the use of paddleboards, and just outside the accommodation are more sunbeds on the waters edge. Sinisa is a fantastic host who goes above & beyond. I would highly recommend this special place.❤️

It was perfect place to stay - apartment is big, comfortable and clean. From the terrace you can see Adriatic Sea, close to apartment is restaurant with excellent local food. Tanja is friendly host and offer a lot of local tips: how to go to Dubrovnik or what to see. We had really nice time in apartment:)

We spent four nights at Kolocep, and were lucky enough to rent with Zorka. The apartment was located in quiet area, 2 minutes from the beach(sand) and 5 minutes walk from beautiful rocks and crystal clear water. Zorka and her daughter Barbra gave us freshly made lemonade and homemade apple pie upon arrival. The kitchen was well equipped with everything essential to cooking a full dinner. PS: make sure to do grocery shopping on mainland, as the small market on Kolocep is very limited and equally expensive (big Konzum market is right by the port) We also recommend buying the ferry tickets in advance, as the tickets sell out fast. We experienced that the hard way, by having to kill 4,5 hours on mainland before going out to the island again.

Antonia was fantastic! She met us and he’ll guide us through your stay She gave great recommendations and she was so nice. We may come come and rent the place next door with our family next year. Quick walk down many stairs to Old Town. The unit has all the amenities we needed with wonderful view!

We absolutely loved our stay. The views of the Adriatic Sea were stunning, and the sunsets were truly breathtaking. It was the perfect way to end our honeymoon adventures—offering us tranquility, privacy, and a chance to soak in the beauty of the Croatian coast. We enjoyed walking to nearby beaches and had access to some great local restaurants. Dubrovnik was also very close and easy to reach. We’re so happy with our choice. Danijela was a wonderfully kind host and checked in to ensure both our check-in and check-out went smoothly.

One of the best Air BnB’s I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended. Location was perfect right on the water and a 10 minute ride to Old Town. Hosts were wonderful and very communicative. The home was very nice and comfortable. I plan to come back in future years.

This was hands-down the best air BnB that we have ever stayed in, the pictures don’t do it justice the view from the balcony is unbelievable. Josip and Tea were amazing hosts, it felt like we were visiting old friends. Josip helped us with the suitcase as well as taking us out on his boat, letting us use the SUPs and kayak and telling us all we needed to know about the island. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to our friends too.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ana and Eugen’s place in Dubrovnik. They are a lovely couple who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made a real difference to our trip. The house is ideally located, just a short walk from the Old Town, the ferry terminal, and other key spots in the city. Ana and Eugen also shared excellent local tips that helped us explore Dubrovnik with ease. The views from the house are absolutely stunning, making it a perfect setting for a relaxing break. If you are looking for a peaceful and well-situated base in Dubrovnik, we cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you again, Ana and Eugen, for such a memorable stay!

We had a superb stay at Blue Infinity, Daniela was a fantastic host , made us feel at ease and simplified everything. The location is about a 20 min walk to the old town so perfect for exploring. We loved having access to the sea in a private area although it was a quite a few steps to climb up and down but we managed fine and it was a perfect location to swim and view !

Vi fick tydliga instruktioner med bilder hur vi hittade till boendet. Jag läste dem för snabbt och gick först till fel dörr men fick snabbt hjälp av Ivana via text och även en granne. Vi bodde här i 4 dagar med våra två tonåringar och storleken på lägenheten var perfekt. AC och TV vid sängen uppskattades efter en dag vid havet. Vi lagade även några måltider i det fina köket. Jag saknade några köksredskap men det levererades redan dagen efter så det var inga problem att laga mat. Boendet har perfekt avstånd till strandpromenaden och det vackra klostret där det finns en perfekt badplats utan sand. Atmosfären var väldigt rofylld och trevlig på ön och vi skulle gärna besöka Lopud igen och bo i Ivanas lägenhet.

Great location and the place was very nice. If you have a car make sure you reserve a parking spot ahead of time. Ask the host for recommendations for where to book, do not wait until you arrive to find a parking spot.

Wow, Tina’s place is amazing! We had a perfect stay from start to finish. Tina is a lovely host, very accommodating with great communication, and nothing is too much trouble for her. The apartment is fairly basic but comfortable and has everything you need, with lots of thoughtful touches. The location is amazing, being right in the middle of the main strip on the harbour, so very easy to go out to eat and being above the supermarket is perfect for grabbing a quick snack or supplies. It’s nice and quiet at night as the restaurants don’t stay open too late, and the views out of the window directly onto the ocean are stunning. The best bit about being here is having your own private table, directly outside the shop and overlooking the sea, so you can sit and watch the world go by and have snacks and drinks from the supermarket for a fraction of the price you’d pay in restaurants. Highly recommend and hopefully we will be back!

Marija and Stijepo are such a lovely couple. I was invited to a beer on arrival and they both provided tips for excursions and restaurants. Stijepo even took me out for a hike in the nearby hills and we went to a great restaurant in a rural village afterwards. He seems to know everyone and has such a great attitude towards life in general. The views from the apartment are just fantastic. You can see the island of Lopud and I highly recommend taking a day trip there (take the regular ferry from Dubrovnik). Great hiking trails on the island and they even have a nice sandy beach with restaurants - most beaches in the area are pebble beaches. I recommend getting a car while staying there as there is not much infrastructure around and buses can take a while to arrive. Definitely a great place to stay if you want to stay away from the hussle and bussle of Dubrovnik.

It was really beautiful place. Out of touristic dubrovnik. Darija was so kind host. She even asked if we want to stay longer after expected check out time. We had flight in the evening so it was nice to get shower before leaving. The place was clean and the views were amazing. If you go there you should have a glass of wine in the terace. 😍🤌🏼

Great appartement and pool. Would recommend!

Just up from the Old town area, with view of the walls and fortress. Definitely have to be comfortable doing stairs, which suits for the majority of Croatia as well. You do not have access to the pool, however, jacuzzi was pristine and we used it during the day without any heat! Very friendly family, and Marija offered some local homemade beverage & dishes.

Fantastisch uitzicht vanaf zowel een ruim terras - met eettafel én ligbedden - als vanaf het bubbelbad. Goed bed, prima uitgeruste keuken. Vanaf het huis loopt zelfs een pad naar een klein rustig bijna privé strandje. Erg aardige en behulpzame host. Fijn dat we de laatste dag onze bagage een aantal uren konden achter laten. Vlakbij kan je op de boot stappen naar Dubrovnik: een aanrader!

We have loved our stay in this apartment. Such a fantastic view, one we won’t forget. The space is just wonderful and feels so spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Hot tub too was a perfect addition. The outdoor eating area is so good to sit and chat. Went to the local beaches. Easy walk, hill is steep but so worth the view when you get to the apartment! Thanks, we’ve loved our stay with our grown up family, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Simoneta is a perfect host. Could not ask for a more helpful accomodating lady who went out of her way to make the stay great. Gave us lots of help in restaurant and transport suggestions. The handover was totally comprehensive. Everything supplied in the apartment for every appliance , outstanding. Hot tub fantastic and apartment beautifully presented . Totally recommend to anyone. However the walk to the property is reasonably steep so if you are not good on your feet bear that in mind.

숙소는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 저는 렌트카를 가지고 있었고 주차구역을 지정해 주셔서 만족했습니다. 주방에 음식을 만들수 있는 기본적인 조리도구들이 준비되어 있어 음식을 만들어 먹었습니다. 화장실은 제가 이용해본 에어비앤비 중 가장 청결하며 에어컨이 각 방마다 설치되어 있어 쾌적합니다. 발코니는 두보르니크의 환상적인 일몰을 여유롭게 즐기기에 최적의 위치입니다! 단, 운전이 어려우시거나 경사도가 심한 곳을 걷기 어려우신 분들은 접근이 제한됩니다. 숙소를 가기위해 마지막 경사도는 거의 70도 이며, 길이 한개입니다. 밎은편에서 차가 오면 비켜주어야 합니다. 운전이 능숙한 저는 문제 없었어요! 다음에 두보르니크를 다시 방문하게 된다면 또 지내고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Super host, good amenities, especially appreciated the jacuzzi. Great location if you have a car, tho local transport is also handy.

Das kleine Apartment ist sehr schön gelegen zwischen Cavtat und Dubrovnik, beides super mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Auch Mlini und Srebreno sind mindestens einen Besuch wert und zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist perfekt - ruhig und gut angebunden. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, da das Apartment neuer und modernen eingerichtet ist, als auf den Bildern. Alles, was man braucht ist da, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum, der Pool super sauber und quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Die Gastgeber sind zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und reagieren sehr schnell. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch mitten in den Nacht wieder hingefahren - vielen Dank! Wir können es sehr empfehlen!
