Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Rautatieasema ja tori ovat noin 1,5 kilometrin päässä, joten liikkuminen on helppoa. Majoitut omassa yläkerran huoneistossa, jossa on oma sisäänkäynti ja pysäköinti pihassa. Huoneisto sopii 1–4 majoittujalle: makuuhuoneessa on muhkea 160cm leveä parisänky ja olohuoneessa kaksi 80 cm leveää sänkyä.

In addition, there is a large terrace (100 m²) and a glazed terrace (30 m²) with an outdoor kitchen available for use. The accommodation is suitable both for a couple or a family. Pets are also allowed. Breakfast can be ordered for a separate fee.
