A two-room apartment at the end of a quiet road. Rural peace in the middle of the village. We live in the same house, so we'll probably be there when you arrive. Although we live in the same house, the apartment still has its own entrance and its own peace of mind. There is an outdoor sauna in the yard that can be used. If you want to use the sauna, please let me know when you book. We have animals that live their own lives. This also includes animal sounds. The sheep bleat and the rooster crows.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Stay in the tranquility of the countryside in the village of Rautio. Beds are already made. If necessary, there is a sofa bed in the living room for 1-2 people. The beds in the second bedroom can be made into a double bed, a travel bed and extra mattresses are available on request. Cutlery for about 8 people. The property has a wood-heated sauna. My great grandfather built both the guesthouse and the main building in the 1920's. Since then the main building has served as the village school, my grandfather's home and since the 90's it has been my childhood home. Swedish / Finnish / English
