A peaceful place to relax and enjoy Finnish nature. Fully equipped holiday home, which is also for your own use. A cozy private yard and a beach about 200 meters away, with a barrel sauna and a rowboat. On the terrace, you can barbecue or enjoy the evening sun. Come and spend a relaxing weekend or holiday in nature without compromising on comfort. In winter, when the ice conditions allow, you can ski or ice fish on the lake. Bed linen & towels for a separate fee if you want 10e/person.

Klubbviken Sauna Retreat

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Four bedrooms and two lofts provide space for a larger group. In the yard, you can enjoy the warmth of the beach sauna and in the summer, you can prepare delicacies in the summer kitchen. There is plenty of parking space for cars. If the ice conditions allow, you can ski or ice fish on the lake.

Villa Koskikorento by the river

Villa Koskikorento is located in a naturally beautiful river landscape on the banks of a Natura 2000 protected river. The town of Kannus is located along the railway line in Central Ostrobothnia. Villa Koskikorento offers opportunities for, e.g., relaxing holidays, telecommuting, small party events, courses and meetings, creative work, activity holidays, fishing, guided canoe trips, and as a stopover on the way. Villa Koskikorento is not suitable for people with disabilities.

Welcome to this unique upstairs apartment with a central location (3 km to the city center) with beach plot. The apartment, which has its own entrance, offers comfortable and spacious spaces indoors, with bathrooms and kitchens equipped for your needs. The terrace will be your own private oasis with lake views, where you can enjoy peace and relaxation in summer. It is possible to book our outdoor sauna for an extra special experience with a refreshing bath/winter bath.

The sandy beach is located about 100 m away, where there is a beach cafe flea market. (in summer) There is a golf course (for a fee) and a tennis court (free of charge) nearby. Vi erbjuder en fräsch och modern stuga på lugnt och naturnära läge med utsikt över Alholmsfjärden. Stugan är lokaliserad endast tre km från Jakobstads centrum. Stugan består av 40 välplanerade kvadratmeter med bl.a ; välutrustat kök med matservis för tio personer, tv, grill, bastu samt uppvärmd utepool samt en egen privat strand och stor terrass. För övernattning finns till förfogande en våningssäng samt en utbäddbar soffa.

Rowing boat and life jackets used by the guest. The cottage also has two SUP boards, so you can enjoy the lake in every possible way! Ideal accommodation especially for people who enjoy nature. Good hiking trails nearby. Only 14km to Urjanlinna dance hall.

Small house in the countryside

Stay in the countryside in the village of Rautia. Beds are already made. If necessary, there is a sofa bed in the living room for 1-2 people. The beds in the second bedroom can be made into a double bed, a travel bed and extra mattresses are available on request. Cutlery for about 8 people. The property has a wood-heated sauna. There is a new outdoor sauna in the yard, which can be rented separately.

Nybyggt strandhus på fridfullt läge med privat strand och brygga. 2,5 km in till Jakobstads centrum och fina motionsspår nära. Newly built (2020) beach house in a peaceful area with a private beach. 2,5 km to centre of Jakobstad and close by there are several walking trails. The jacuzzi is in use during summer months, during the winter months November-March the use is not guaranteed.
