Fully equipped small kitchen and a balcony with sea view. The house is situated in the end of a small alley, which makes the surroundings quiet and harmonic. It is only a 3 minute walk to the bus stop and about 8 minutes to the metro. You can get into the city centre in about 10-15 minutes.

My apartment is located in a quiet residential area and it is excellent for families with children, couples and singles who need accommodation for shorter or longer stays. Less than 5 minutes by foot to the metro station and to the beach. My apartment has always been pet free.
