In the vicinity of Ruka, on the shores of Lake Suininki, there is a new luxury destination. There are 8 beds in the main building. The building has two bedrooms, a spacious loft, a remote workstation, a sauna, a dressing and washing area, a utility room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the shore of the lake there is a large hut and a separate beach sauna with a wood-fired stove. The place is suitable for luxurious taste and peaceful holidays. Ruka is about 20 minutes by car and Kuusamo city center is about 20 minutes away.

Private new beach cottage on a large plot, amphitheater-like location on the shores of the very clean Lake Livojärvi, on the Lapland Riviera. Two saunas (wood-heated and electric-heated) and a hot tub. You may see reindeer right in the yard of the cottage. During the summer season (May to August), we offer two SUP boards, a boat and fishing gear. During the winter season, we offer a few snowshoes, skis and poles for skiing, as well as fishing equipment for ice fishing. The property has a hill and stairs.

An atmospheric and very peaceful cottage in Kuusamo. The cottage is located on a narrow peninsula, on the shore of a sandy and clear-watered lake. The beach is also very suitable for children to swim. Good recreational opportunities in the area, skiing, snowshoeing, winter fishing and snowmobiling in winter (transfer route to the official snowmobile route). Good fishing opportunities, located in the Muojärvi-Kuusamojärvi water area, water connection to the center of Kuusamo and the eastern border.
