Welcome to our cozy treetop cabin, built from recycled materials - 6.2 m above the ground. The cabin overlooks the fields, is insulated, has electricity, heating, a tea kitchen and a comfortable sofa that turns into a small double bed. Enjoy the two terraces and running water in the treetop and toilet with sink below the cabin. Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. In a few square meters, we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken advantage of every square meter. Here you can take walks in a rural environment or just relax on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. Accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen city center takes 28 minutes by train.

The house is located in beautiful, quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum River. From the house, there is a view of the garden, river and fields. Next to the house is the main house where there may sometimes be someone. The house is beautiful with a lovely kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from a beautiful sandy beach. There is free access to kayaks, SUP, campfire, bicycles and fishing rods. New WILDERNESS BATH and ICE BATH are available for a fee.

Poolhouse, No smoking

Bemærk - rygeforbud gælder alle inden og udendørsområder. Du har køer og heste som tætteste naboer. Lejligheden er lille, men med plads til 4 overnattende gæster. Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året og brug er inkluderet i prisen. Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster

The garden is partially landscaped with wild flowers, which adorn the beautiful garden, which also includes a ball court, large partially covered wooden terrace, large fireplace and play area with swings and slide.
