Guesthouse vacation rentals in Kochi

We had a lovely time in the hideaway cabin - listening to the rain and the birds was delightful. The cabin is so beautifully laid out and the main house has everything you need and is so beautiful - a cross between simple elegant Japanese design and minimal danish design. It is stunning. Kenji is a wonderful host and the area is stunning - would love to go back again and go kayaking in the river.

Akinori a été très accueillant et prévenant tout au long de notre séjour. Il est très sympathique et en même temps très discret. Nous avons pu passer une soirée très conviviale avec lui et ses amis. La salle commune nous a permis de discuter et de sympathiser avec d'autres hôtes de la guesthouse. La guesthouse est très charmante, avec beaucoup de choses faites maison. Elle est située en hauteur, à côté de la voie ferrée, donc la vue est magnifique. Si je reviens à Tōkawa, j'aimerais beaucoup revenir dans cette guesthouse !

I only stayed one night but I think it's a good price/quality ratio and the area is really quiet and relaxing.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Akinori was a kind and friendly host and made me feel at home the whole time I stayed. The hostel is in a beautiful location in a quiet town, I loved seeing the stars at night and the internet was fast and reliable.

This place was an absolutely amazing find. The house and garden were absolutely gorgeous, and so peaceful - the pictures do not do it justice. Katsuhiro was the friendliest and most attentive host, always there and available to help out, give recommendations, and ensure we had the best stay possible. Even the area of town this Ryokan is based in is beautiful, with many super friendly cafes and restaurants in a quiet peaceful town. it's a short train ride from central Matsuyama (about 15-30mins) meaning you can pop into the town to see the castle any time, but don't have the noise and bustle. Overall I'd give Katsuhiro and his home a 6/5 rating Anyone who wants to experience a peaceful slice of a more traditional Japan, while still enjoying some modern luxuries (projector for movies, remote controlled lights, space-age toilet, fancy shower) - and is okay with a quick jaunt downstairs at night for the bathroom - should experience Katsuhiro's hospitality and lovely home.

一進門撲鼻而來是木頭溫潤的香氣，整體空間規劃及設計風格非常素雅，木質調性深深讓我喜愛，泡湯浴缸及淋浴分離，空間非常大，水量大溫度穩定，這是值得再來體驗的優質住宿體驗！！
