A very peaceful, lovely environment to spend our leisure. The house interior was spotless, and the furniture was very beautiful, kitchen utensils were all available and clean. It was very easy to use all the housewares for our use. Bathrooms were gorgeous, sophisticated and very clean. I definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to spend their time here.

Welcome to paradise. Everything was perfect. We felt very comfortable and safe. The best part of the place was Jagath, who was always there when you needed him. He is a very friendly and helpful person. A highlight was the tour of the garden where everything possible grows, from cinnamon, mangoes, star fruit and other exotic fruits. The pool and the whole facility were very modern and luxurious. The place was the best thing about the whole vacation.

Our stay at Villa Tranquil Waters was absolutely unforgettable! The villa is immaculate, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. From the super cozy seating areas designed for ultimate relaxation to the countless books and cinema room filled with fascinating memorabilia, every corner of this house offers something to enjoy. The location is a dream – surrounded by lush trees, facing a serene lagoon, and complete with a private pool. The peaceful setting was the perfect backdrop for a much-needed disconnect. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They went above and beyond, ensuring every request was met without hesitation. Their warmth, friendliness, and the incredible food they prepared daily made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire stay was breathtaking, from the scenery to the overall ambiance. Honestly this is one of the best villas I’ve ever stayed in! I’m not exaggerating when I say this because the whole stay exceeded all our expectations The host Yannik was very gracious and accommodating to our early check in request. Every detail was clearly communicated in a friendly way and he was always on top of things to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The pool was definitely our highlight of the villa! We enjoyed swimming in the day, at night and even on the next day while it rained. The view around the pool is quite colorful and calming because of all flower plants surrounding the area. The villa was quite cozy and it had all the necessities a group may need. We had the best time making unforgettable memories and can’t wait to come back again!

Great place to stay after a long flight. Our family felt very welcome and were very well looked after. We had all our meals prepared and they were all delicious. The kids loved the pool and we went on a boat trip from the property to near by monkey island. Upul was so helpful and made sure we were ok and everything was going smoothly.

We booked 'A place' for a group of 6. The place was exactly as seen in pictures. 'Dilan' - the host was always available for questions. He gave us a good tour and encouraged to use all the amenities. The home caretaker 'Anusha' was on the property 24*7 and available to assist in the group activities and daily chores. We were also introduced to a local guide 'Champika' who virtually got everything done for us. Since, we didn't speak Singalese, Dilan and Champika made sure all our needs were taken care of. Over all: - Great place and Stay - Friendly and helpful Host - Excellent care taker and his availability - Very reliable and trustworthy people - No hidden charges or trying to squeez extra It was a wonderful experience over all. I highly recommend this place for a Professional meeting, Family or friends get together. Nice and Quite with access to the beach right there!! And most importantly - 'Friendly, trustworthy and reliabile' people for a stay in a foreign country!!!

Sarah’s place was our last stop on a 10-day journey and it was the perfect way to end our holiday, by the beach, in a charming home with plenty of comforts and proximity to all the Negombo restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights and we recommend as a minimum stay to truly appreciate the place, the swimming pool and the beautiful sunsets over the Indian Ocean. The host was very helpful and sent detailed instructions on how to find the place and we also appreciated Nimanthi’s help who was always close by. We recommend this stay and we would be happy to return for another restful beachfront holiday at the Sandcastle.

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

The appartement is very big, has AC and Fan in every room and a nice view! We would come again! Arjuna was also really nice and helpful! Thank you! :)

The unit exceeded our expectations with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a small kitchen and seating area which was all that was needed for two people. The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed our swim and the gym was well appointed. There was also access to a pool table and a ping pong table. The building is very secure with security on the gates and swipe cards required for entry into the building and lifts. The location was a bit further out than we expected and as overseas tourists, there was not much sightseeing to do in the area for a four night stay. We did go into Colombo on a tuk tuk and had a tour of the sights, which was very enjoyable.

We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

Such a wonderful stay for our family, as we all enjoyed ourselves using the amenities of the residences. This is very much a family friendly residence, with a playground and a pool (not just 1 pool, but 3 pools - one was a leisure pool, the other was a pool for toddlers which is shallow and the other was a lap pool). There was also a gym, but we didn’t get time to use this. Great location as it is walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a minimart within the building which was really handy, as we literally went down everyday to get something, whether it be drinks, sweets or snacks for the kids. Everything was as listed and the host is extremely helpful and responsive! Would highly recommend and if we come back to Colombo, this will be the place to stay with kids. Thank you so much :)

We had a lovely stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable, had lots of facilities. The view is also beautiful. There isn’t much to do within walking distance, however we booked here to relax and prepare for our flight quite close to the airport. Dr M was very responsive and an overall great host. I can definitely recommend this place.
