House vacation rentals in Kočevje

Alojz and Valči were absolutely lovely hosts - we couldn't have wished to have been treated better. They gave us local recommendations, were extremely responsive and gave our children lots of little treats. The kids (12 and 10) loved the swimming pool, and the local neighbourhood was so peaceful and calm. It was a 10-minute walk to the River Kolpa, with a 10-minute drive to a local campsite to hire a canoe or paddleboard (Alojz and Valči told us exactly where to go). The house was lovely and cool, with an accommodating kitchen, living room and bathroom. We were so happy with our 5-day stay here. We would love to return one day! Thank you, Alojz and Valči

The experience was above the expectations! Surrounding of the house is beautiful, the host is very nice and always ready to help! House is very well equipped, food from the barbecue taste delicious and water in the jacuzzi is very warm ☺️ I really recommend FS**** to everyone!

Our stay at Villa Taja was great! The house was immaculately clean and is very nicely decorated! The hot tub and sauna were unique! The view and surroundings are breathtaking! Really highly recommended!

Staying at Luka’s place was truly a wonderful experience! The house is stunning and felt like a real home away from home. Luka was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout our stay — we especially loved the pastries he sent us! Everything was smooth and easy, and we felt really well taken care of. Pleasant accommodation.

We had a great time! Such a peaceful and beautiful place.

It's a beautiful area. Although it's right by the road, there was very little traffic. All the neighbours we met were super friendly. The cottage is on three floors, bathroom in the basement, sleeping area above. The fenced terrace was great for our dogs

Ana offers a really great place to stay for a vacation. I was with my husband our child and dog on site. The house was immaculately clean, very spacious and also pleasantly cool due to the air conditioning despite the hot days. In the kitchen you will find everything you need and a little more. All amenities are as described. From the property you are right at the lake, which is clean, clear and beautiful. For children great for playing and the parents can relax on the shore. About 50 meters further to the right is a playground, which is used by all children. Next door is a small campsite so there are a few vacationers in the village. In general, however, it is rather quiet in the city. All locals as well as Ana are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had to leave early for private reasons. Ana was very nice to help us here and was always available to us. Thank you for everything.
