We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

Dream house surrounded by silence

Welcome to the Dream House, where you can leave the world behind. The cottage is located in the Barycz Valley, on the outskirts of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the stables. It invites you inside, where the windows overlook the paddocks and the forest. It helps you find peace, breathe and dream by the fireplace with a good book or on a deck chair among the rustling birches. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. In addition, hammocks, sun loungers, garden furniture, a fireplace and a barbecue.

Our Stable

Our Stable is part of a former German house, located on a two-hectare plot of 160 m2, a 70 m terrace plus a half-timbered house, the equipment of the old village has been preserved. You can use the private library in the part of the house where the hosts live. The meadow is a natural habitat for wild animals. The terrace (dining and relaxation area) is also used for observing nature. Next to the house, there is an old orchard (hammocks), sunny and shaded places for those seeking peace. Large kitchen. One bathroom, shower.

House in Wisznia Mała

My place is good for: couples, business travelers, and families (with children). You rent the house and garden exclusively, you can barbecue and relax in the garden or on the route. We want you to feel like you are with your family on vacation, we have fresh flowers, nice decorations and there is always a nice surprise waiting for you. The house is a short distance from a shop, pharmacy, bus stop. 10 km from Wrocław and 7 km to the small charming town of Trzebnica with walking routes, swimming pool, restaurants.

Water King is a houseboat for 7 people. Available as a floating home until November 30, 2025, and from April 2026, weather permitting. Rentals are available only on a residential basis, with no floating allowed during the December-March period. Lower prices apply during this time. Onboard: a kitchen with a living room overlooking the water, bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, sunny terraces, underfloor heating, air conditioning with a heating function, and independent gas heating for winter.

The place is ideal for people who value a rural, quiet environment, but the immediate vicinity of a large city. The apartment has a separate entrance from the upper terrace, where steel stairs lead from the garden. The terrace, room and beautiful, large bathroom (without kitchen) are at the exclusive disposal of the guests of this apartment. Perfect for guests with pets. Car recommended.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. The cottage is located in a quiet village near the river, surrounded by infinite forests. There are a lot of paths to cross and ride a bike. The nearby Warta River delivers a pleasant landscape experience. To enhance your experience, you can use the hot tub to fully relax. The cottage does not include any additional fees, hot tub and firewood is included and warms all year round! We offer board games, a sauna, and bicycles.

If you want to spend time in a quiet, chill atmosphere (watching a movie on the projector or taking a relaxing bath overlooking nature), this is the perfect place for you. Three double bedrooms; spacious living room with a fold-out corner sofa; fully equipped kitchen; two bathrooms, terrace and outdoor jacuzzi for summer use. No loud parties. We do not accept groups of men only.

"Ignacówka" - a cozy cottage in the countryside

🏡Ignacówka is a cozy cottage near the forest. We are in the Polish countryside, on the border of Wielkopolska and Łódź Voivodeship. The cottage was built in 2001 as a tribute to grandfather Ignacy and has been almost unused since then. In 2022, we renovated and welcomed our first guests.
