Karadeniz'in bu en doğu kısmında müthiş enginlikteki denize yukarıdan bakan bu ev ve içindeki olanaklar harikaydı. Yeniden Kobuleti bölgesine gelecek olursam başka bir yer aramadan yeniden bu evde kalmak isterim. Bu sıcak yaz günlerinde büyük buzdolabı ve derin doruncusunda hemen oluşan buzlar, bu konaklamamızı lüks statüsüne sokmaya yetti. Biz 5 kişilik bir aile olarak çok rahat konakladık. Aracımızı evin hemen önüne park ettik. Çevredeki restoran ve marketler de 2 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Hiç başka yerlere bakmayın, size bu evi şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

Gela’s place is situated high above the sea and thus provides a great view you never get tired of. At three same time the sea is just 5 minutes walk. The apartment is clean and convenient. Gela is a very nice host, always eager to help

We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to our friends. The location is peaceful, with beautiful sea views. The owners are very kind and helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again.

Местоположение классное, уединенное, красивый вид на море и окрестности, из минусов тяжело добраться, отсутствие поблизости магазинов и ресторанов, место чисто для уединенного отдыха, очень чистое жилье и территория, все продумано до мелочей

We really liked the house. It’s perfect for 8 people, with each person having their own quite private bedroom. There is a kitchen, two balconies, and a living room. Everything you need is there. It’s a very interesting experience living right next to the sea. There’s the constant sound of the waves. You can step out of the yard and find yourself right on the beach. There is a café nearby, and the beach is almost empty. It’s a very pleasant and secluded getaway. The only thing that’s not quite accurate is the description—it’s not a full house but half of a house. A family lives in the other half. We met them on the terrace, but it wasn’t much of a bother. If you are looking for complete privacy, keep this in mind. In any case, I would come back here again.

Прекрасная квартира, в самом центре Кобулети и 3х минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Окна спальных комнат, находящиеся на 3м этаже, выходят во двор, поэтому вечером здесь тихо. Во дворе есть парковка. Рядом с домом расположены несколько ресторанов и круглосуточных магазинов. Недалеко есть городской рынок, где можно купить свежие продукты у фермеров. Отдельная благодарность Руслану, хозяину квартиры, который встретил нас на машине, все рассказал про дом и оставил на столе вкусное угощение, что стало приятным сюрпризом.

The place was perfect. The apartment was cosy, really made us feel at home. The interior was really nice and interesting. It was really clean, there was everything we needed, from medicines to coffee maker. Giorgi is a great host, he offered early check in and let us stay for 3 more hours till our train. Thank you so much once again, dear Giorgi, we will definitely come back.

New 13 story building right on the seashore. Nice, clean, quiet apartment with exceptional sea view. Host is r.emote but always available over the phone. Famous Batumi' Botanic Garden is half mile down the beach, Dreamland Oasis Resort located quarter mile up the beach with eleven restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, aqua park, and entertainment. Прекрасный вариант для долгосрочного проживания. Провела здесь три недели-очень довольна. Арартаменты полностью соответствуют описанию и фотографиям. Кухня обустроена всем необходимым-можно полноценно готовить. На территории есть магазин с базовыми продуктами и средствами гигиены, а также в 700 метрах от комплекса в самом поселке несколько продуктовых магазинов, аптека, фруктово-овощные лавки. Ни разу не было перебоев с водой, электричеством и интернетом. Лифты отличные. Проблем с парковкой также не было. Море здесь шикарное, чистое, бассейны в порядке. Валерия-дружелюбная и отзывчивая, было очень приятно общаться. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

We had a nice time. The grounds are very walkable. We came during off season so only one of the pools were open, but there wasn’t many people, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves.

Самое лучшее здесь - это просыпается и засыпать под звуки моря. Шум волн компенсирует все недостатки!

Впечатления остались самые положительные! Квартиру снимали 3 взрослых + 1 ребёнок (и для проживания такого количества человек она комфортна). Есть телевизор, компьютер, холодильник, стиральная машинка, кондиционер. Две спальни, в одной из них – две кровати, в другой – двуспальная кровать. В гостиной диван, который раскладывается. Место спокойное, ночью – тишина. Квартира очень подходит для семейного отдыха. До пляжа 10 минут неспешной ходьбы. Во дворе дома – небольшой магазин, где можно купить продукты. Хозяева гостеприимны, вежливы и отзывчивы. Встретили в аэропорте ночью, организовали поездки по тем местам, которые выбрали мы. Цены доступные. Мы остались довольны приемом и благодарны за отдых! Прекрасное соотношение «цена-качество»! Спасибо Додо!

Me and my friends have spent 8 pleasant days in this beautiful house. What we've liked: - Everything is very beautiful! - The house is located in close proximity to the sea, the beach is clean and more often empty. A sea view from almost every point of the yard - There are many equipped zones in the house and around it – 8 people can spread out to different spots and work/relax without disturbing each other. - Privacy: We felt quite isolated, there was a feeling of a cozy nest. The only thing is that a couple of times the housekeeper came into the territory without warning, but we asked her not to do that anymore - Arrangement of the house and outdoor kitchen: there was everything necessary for life – kettles, two large refrigerators, lots of kitchen utensils, two stoves, an oven, dishes, a hair dryer, an outdoor shower, enough towels, sun loungers What : - Railway is in 10m from the house gates - One toilet for 8 people might be inconvenient. But there's an outside shower

Wonderful location! It's very beautiful and peaceful here. The apartment has everything you need, including a small kitchen and other essentials. There are no shops or cafes downstairs yet, but delivery from Kobuleti works perfectly, and there's a small grocery store about 10-15 minutes away on foot. The views are stunning both from the apartment and of the sunsets by the sea. The sea and the pool are simply amazing!

Место замечательное. Уютный домик со своей небольшой территорией. В самом комплексе много развлечений (аквапарк, кинотеатр, рестораны, бильярд и т.д.) Бассейны входят в стоимость. Море в двух шагах от домика. В самом номере есть все необходимое (посуда, полотенца, утюг, фен, зонты) и самое главное осушитель воздуха. Из-за сильной влажности оказалась просто незаменимая вещь. Анна всегда была на связи, отвечала на все вопросы. Большое спасибо!

Amazing apartment by the sea with a balcony offering breathtaking sea views. Located in Tsikhisdziri — the best location in all of Adjara! The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. The complex has its own private beach and a wonderful outdoor pool. The host is super friendly and helpful. Perfect for a peaceful and scenic getaway! Highly recommended!
