We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

مكان رائع ونظيف واطلاله جميله وموقع الشقه مناسب والشقه فيها كل الخدمات مغسله ومكوى ومكرويف وثلاجة ومطبخ فيه اغلب مستلزماته الشي الوحيد السلبي لايوجد شطاف في الحمام.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Эти апартаменты превзошли мои ожидания. Очень просторные и со вкусом оформленные, с современным и стильным дизайном. Великолепная кухня, которая отлично укомплектована техникой. Готовить на ней было одно удовольствие. Очень порадовал удобный стол и стулья. Из минусов только то что вода в душе очень медленно уходит в слив. Если включить максимальный напор, то вода будет заливать весь пол. В целом , я рекомендую эти апартаменты как для короткого, так и для длительного проживания. Это был мой лучший опыт аренды жилья в Батуми.

Мы остались в полном восторге от проживания в данных апартаментах. В апартаментах продумано все до мелочей: есть фен, утюг, вся необходимая посуда, гели для душа, шампуни и многое другое. Есть все для комфортного проживания! Апартаменты очень уютные, современные и невероятно комфортные для жизни. Отдельно хочу отметить дизайн квартиры , который очень отличается от стандартных номеров комплекса и создает ощущения , что ты дома. Видно, что хозяева заботятся о своих гостях. Расположение — просто 🔥: рядом 🌊, магазины, кафе. В следующий раз когда поедем в Батуми, то только сюда. Однозначно рекомендуем!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this dome! Everything was perfectly organized, impeccably clean, and maintained to the highest standards. The attention to detail was incredible, and it’s clear the host genuinely cares about creating an exceptional experience for their guests. The space was not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed to meet every need. I can’t wait to return and will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had!

Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

Отличные апартаменты с прекрасным видом на море. Фотографии соответствуют реальности, в квартире очень чисто, есть вся необходимая техника. В пешей доступности пара торговых центров, продуктовые магазины нескольких грузинских сетей, рестораны и кафе всех ценовых категорий. При заселении было пара технических проблем с ключом, однако наша хост оперативно помогла решить все проблемы и в целом она очень отзывчивая и всегда была на связи!

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Last thanks AIRBNB for monitoring each property carefully and providing suitable places for all segments. 😘

Я провел три ночи в этом жилье и остался очень доволен. У нас была возможность насладиться барбекю и поплавать в бассейне, что сделало отдых еще приятнее. Красивая крыша с потрясающим видом добавила атмосферы. Удобная парковка была большим плюсом. Особо хочу отметить хозяина, который всегда был на связи и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Рекомендую это место для отдыха!

Dairenin konumu Raddisonblu nun, karşısında, yeni yapılan Porto Kulesinde. Batum'da kalinabilecek en güzel konumlardan. Manzarsında Batum'un simgelerinden Alfabe kulesi ve ali ile nino heykeli ayaklarınızın altında. Evde ihtiyaciniz olabilecek her türlü malzeme mevcuttu. Tek problem rezidansta sigara icilmesine izin verilmiyor. Harici çok güzel bir deneyimdi.

Lassen sie sich nicht von der Außenfassade des Wohnkomplexes täuschen. Eine schöne und sauber Wohnung im 3 Stock mit Fahrstuhl. Alles gesichert mit guten Internet. Direkt an guter Strandlage. Durch einen 30 Minuten Spaziergang an der Promenade gelangt man an die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt.

Мы провели две чудесных недели ноября в гостеприимном доме Мераба. Чакви - отличное место для тех, кому хочется побыть в тишине и красоте сельской Аджарии. Дом расположен в шаговой доступности от остановки автобусов и маршруток (они ходят очень часто), от центра Чакви с магазинами и от моря (минут 7 пешком). Мераб встретил нас в аэропорту под проливным дождем. Все подробно рассказал, всегда был на связи, но не был навязчив. Нас угощали мандаринами. яблоками и лимонами из сада. А главным другом детей (и нашим) была собака Альма:) В доме было все так, как можно увидеть на фотографиях. Когда мы приехали, было прибрано и чисто. В кухне есть все необходимое, включая средство для мытья и губки. Гостиная хорошо отапливается газом, в других комнатах прохладнее, но есть электронагреватель, который мы перемещали в зависимости от наших нужд:) Холоднее всего было в ванной, там необходимы тапочки, пол во всем доме кафельный. Думаю, летом этот дом просто идеален, но и осенью в нем очень уютно:)
