Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ko Yao District

I’d like to express my gratitude & appreciation to Siriporn, the apartment was lovely & gave a relaxing atmosphere, A/C was fabulous. Large bathroom. Siriporn kindly provided water, local/homegrown fruits both days we stayed which was an added & unexpected surprise which was greatly accepted especially being a lover of fruits. Sitting area down by the sea was amazing for watching huge bats fly by & land right in front on the trees on the hill to the sea & the most beautiful sunset daily. Location was near plenty of restaurants. We got around the island on mopeds which was a game changer to see so much of Ko Yao Noi. I would definitely stay at Siriporn again if I return to Ko Yao Noi. Siriporn thank you for having us stay.

It was really big and we felt comfortable right away! It’s close to some restaurants and small markets and not far from the beach. We enjoyed staying there!

We stayed at the home stay for one month. Bangmee and family are so kind and welcoming, as are the neighbours and Koh Yao Noi community. We loved the fresh coconuts and treats left outside each morning. The house is situated in the centre of town, very close to markets etc. Beaches accessible by bicycle (30 mins or so) or motorbike. We loved our stay here and felt right at home

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Diva - the perfect getaway after the hustle and bustle of Bangkok and a week in Koh Lanta. Amena couldn’t have been more helpful, organising trips, activities and a complicated return journey involving planes, trains and automobiles…!

I would highly recommend this place to stay. Was received super nicely. The cottage was a little dream. The guest family gave me a scooter for rent and I got plenty of tips from them on where to find the most beautiful places. The host family was super personable and I was even needed fresh fruit. I'll definitely come back ❤️🌸🌸🌸🌸

We had a very good time in Baan Suan Piyanan. The bungalow is large and spacious as well as light flooded through the many windows darkened from the outside. The breakfast was exceptionally lovingly prepared and the view of trees and palm trees as well as a bit of the sea totally beautiful. Everyone was super helpful, so we felt very comfortable and highly recommend Piyanan bungalows!

Great location for old town Phuket 👌 close to 7 supermarket and Limelight! Also for Sunday night market. And also there is a shuttle bus to airport every hour just in front of the 7/11 supermarket, it is very convenient to get to airport very cheap! Bus 8411.

Would recommend Darinee House to anyone looking for a lovely stay in a secluded and quiet area of Phuket! Waking up to views of the beach from the balcony was quite nice. Darinee was such a great host, offering transportation services so that I could get to the pier close by, to old town Phuket, and to the airport. Along with that, she gave me so many great recommendations - all of which were fabulous. Would highly recommend Darinee House and couldn’t have asked for a better host, thank you!!

This was a great Airbnb to stay at, the host was very responsive. She was very flexible with check in times, the place was great and was right next to the biggest mall. I would recommend!

Loved every second of it! Close to a 7/11, a huuuuge mall, and only 40 walk to the Old Town.

Lovely place. We felt at home right away and it was a very comfortable stay. The place itslef is very clean and has everything that you might need for a short or long stay. Also we loved various plants and trees on the territory, they are soo beautiful. Kathrin was flexible for check in and out time and very responsive for any questions. Highly recommend!

I had a great time at the View Condo. The host was very responsive and was always able to give me conclusive answers. The apartment was superb, very nice.

I booked this place via Airbnb and it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing, special mention to meme, their restaurant was great. Food was great. The host Peter was very kind and accommodating. They tried to fulfill all our requests, since we were traveling with a toddler so it was difficult to manage sometimes. They were helpful. We were greeted with coconut water and fresh cut 🍉 watermelon on arrival. The rooms are basic but the view is amazing. Literally in front of the ocean 🌊. Take a mosquito repellent with you for sure. Since their place is on a slop, I had asked them via airbnb to book me a cab. It costed me 900 baht one side, from phuket airport to their place. You can also book extra activities from them if required. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you

I used to live in Phuket and DCondo Mine was my accommodation while living and teaching here. So, I was familiar with the location and accommodation beforehand and that's why I chose this location for my first 3 nights. Lupthawit's accommodation was just as described. The apartment was clean, the bed had plenty of pillows and was comfortable (which is important to me). There was an air con which helped with cooling at night. I didn't cook and ate out for all meals but there was a full fridge, microwave, cutlery, and plates, cups, etc. There are places to eat, get massages, etc within walking distance but with the heat, it's better to have a mode of transportation. I can't wait to be back, I hope it's sooner as this is my first time back, since leaving in 2018. Thank you for your hospitality. The check in and check out process was seamless and I really appreciate that I was able to checkin early. Khap Khun Kha

The place is much better than the pictures allude to. And the view was quite remarkable. The area had a great number of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Nattapat was a great host. The apartment has a beautiful pool, all the staff is very friendly. There are a lot of parties nearby, but it is generally very quiet by midnight or later. Many other tourists in the area. Close to 711, pharmacy, restaurants, and the giant Central Mall.

The place is clean and has all the amenities in the room. Very practical for foreigners. Close to Central Phuket Mall. Parking is hard to find. Lots of rules. Close to 7-Eleven. There is a fitness center and a swimming pool. The room is on the far side. There is a lot of privacy and no noise. And very quiet.
