Great place right next to cute neighborhood on the water with plenty of restaurants and tuk-tuks around for transportation, very accommodating staff

We had such an incredible time, absolutely perfect for remote working with very reliable internet and many places to work across the complex. If we come back to Koh Lanta we will 100% be staying back here, very convenient, great food, great staff and the hosts were incredibly helpful with arranging ick up and drop offs even with our flight delays. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved staying at Malee highlands. It was perfect for our 4 week stay with our family. Felt like home away from home, staff were lovely and apartment complex had fantastic infrastructure. Restaurant, pools, spa, cafe and free taxi shuttle all super useful while staying on the island. Beautiful sunsets and great views!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Patrada. The room is perfect for solo travelers, couples, and small families who are looking for an immersive and welcoming experience. Patrada went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering travel tips, food, insightful stories with warmth and humour. Very nice apartment in a complex with gym, several pools, restaurants and padel court etc. The kid’s pool with slides is great for families. A short drive from the beach. Lastly, very nice and helpful hosts. Will definitely come back.

Naprosto úžasné ubytování za krásnou cenu. K dispozici vše, co člověk potřebuje k základnímu vaření. Čistá koupelna. V případě jakéhokoliv problému okamžité řešení. V areálu zdarma bazén, posilovna, herna, hřiště na beach volleyball. Možnost donášky jídla z restaurace až na pokoj. Ke všemu úžasné západy slunce.

Great accommodation with the best amenity for the whole family! The adult pool is relaxing and the kids pool are fun for the kids. They have a restaurant on site and a mini mart in the office. We rented our scooters from the office which made things very convenient for us. The onsite drivers are very friendly and would take us to places but we have to get our own transport going back which is completely okay because the tuktuk and taxi are super cheap anyway. The taxi can go all the way up but the tuktuk can’t, so bear that in mind in case you’re hauling a lot of grocery items. There’s tons of restaurants, cafe and massage place in the area. Can’t wait to go back

The villa is just out of this world. Very well maintained and the view from the pool and the backyard was stunning. Best part was the big warm pool which we enjoyed a lot. The kitchen had all the necessary items. Rooms are big and spacious and bathrooms were also clean with all the amenities. The host is a very nice lady. Would love to stay here again. Location is a bit far from the main city area.

The listing is in a bit of a remote place, so rest assured, it is private and no problem having a small gathering or a bbq. You can also ask them about renting bikes and they will send the bikes to the villa. Overall, a very good stay and we had the time of our lives. The host is very very friendly and very responsive.

Amazing place to be with your friends and family. The place is spacious and such a serene view to look at. Very clean and Alex was so nice and helped us with all our travel. Location was pretty good, Ao Nang beach and all necessities were available within a 20 minute radius. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed till now. Highly recommend if you are looking for a stay in Krabi.

5 Stars – A Peaceful, Family-Friendly Oasis for Our Month in Krabi We spent a month at this beautiful villa, and it immediately felt like home. The space was clean, spacious, and perfectly set up for a relaxing family stay. The private pool became our favorite daily hangout. While there weren’t sweeping views, the lush, well-kept grounds made it feel like our own peaceful retreat — close to beaches, shops, and restaurants but still quiet and secluded. The hosts were incredibly helpful, giving us spot-on recommendations for local adventures, dining, and kid-friendly activities. The staff was warm, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. This stay let us slow down and create lifelong memories. We’re so thankful for the experience and would absolutely recommend this villa to other families looking for a comfortable home base in Krabi.

We were very happy. The street has a view of a mountain. The interior of the house was very nice and well laid out. One of the best kitchens I’ve seen including one indoor burner and two outdoor burners. Great refrigerator too. Three bedrooms, including one with a bunk bed. There was room to park two cars, but we only had one which fit easily. The gate system functioned well. We had a couple of minor issues. The hot water heater in the master bath failed twice. The water pressure was a little low, but not terrible. The host was very responsive.

I had a fantastic stay at this villa. The host went above and beyond—when I forgot the code to the safe, they were ready to fly into Krabi just to help me with the master key. That level of care is rare and truly appreciated. The villa itself is spotless, easy to access via Grab or local taxi, and located in a peaceful area that’s still very convenient for exploring Krabi. The pool is perfect for unwinding in the heat, and the jacuzzi function is a great bonus. The kitchen is well-equipped with a filtered water and ice machine, which was incredibly useful. I’d recommend this villa to anyone visiting Krabi who wants to stay somewhere quiet, clean, and welcoming, yet still close to all the action. Would definitely stay again!

Great place for traveling as a group, we really lucked out with it being available! Amazing views from the balcony and tons of places to eat around an amazing beach less than 3 min walk away. Great stay all around!
