Resort just near down to sunrise beach, very good location with stunning view, staff were fantastic helpful. Check in should find swimming pool( reception). Would highly recommended if visit Koh Lipe.

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning resort on the paradise island of Koh Lipe. Despite visiting in the low season, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality that made our experience truly special. The resort itself is beautiful, with impeccably clean rooms and a prime beachfront location. The pool, complete with a bar, was perfect for relaxing. There are also plenty of activities to enjoy, from beachfront dinners to kayaking around nearby islands. Above all, the genuine warmth and kindness of the staff made our stay exceptional.

Nice bungalow 150 meters from the beach, close to the pedestrian street and lots of restaurants. Quiet and pleasant area, very friendly and nice staff.

Large rooms. Clean in the beds every day. The towels were changed daily. Quiet location despite the proximity to the beach.

Very nice place in a very good location. A few meters from this beautiful beach of Pattaya. Nice restaurant with your feet in the water. Small downside if you want to party or even just chat with other people in the evening in your bungalow or its terrace you are not in the right place. Otherwise very nice

Photos and description are as advertised Seemingly very clean, ideally located for going around the island, near the beaches, many shops and restaurants. Good value for money compared to what can be found on the island Eric was always very responsive and friendly, very useful instruction In short, an Airbnb without a headache, as I'm looking for. If in addition you are a diving lover its center is just downstairs so it's really the place. So I highly recommend staying here

Had a lovely stay here. The accommodation in itself is pretty primitive, but nice. Has a hammock and is very close to the beach and walking street as well as the ferry pier. Communication with staff and Christiano was smooth. All in all a good stay.
