Welcome to the Galesburg Escape! Our home is centrally located close to Henderson street and about a mile from the downtown traffic circle. We offer a king bed, two queen beds, and 2 twin beds. We offer a game room in the upstairs lofted bedroom, which includes a futon, TV, Pacman 14 games in one arcade machine, foosball, and wireless retro Nintendo (which contains over 1000 games). Outside enjoy coffee next to the patio. House contains a washer and dryer as well.

What a great stay! Incredibly cozy and clean, the fireplace inside was great. Enjoyed the fire outside then started a fire inside and watched some movies. Perfect getaway!

This is our 2nd time visiting Dragonfly Lakes and we can't wait to visit again soon. My boyfriend, our cat, and I stayed in cabin #10 "Hummingbird Hideaway" (2 bedrooms) for a relaxing weekend getaway and to celebrate our cat's 1st birthday. This place is nestled by serene lakes and surrounded by nature. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of our everyday city life. Hummingbird Hideaway was cozy, inviting, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. If we could live here, we would! The host was responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Overall, Dragonfly Lakes provided us with the ideal setting for a relaxing weekend. We returned home feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the experience. We highly recommend Dragonfly Lakes to anyone looking for a tranquil nature retreat. Thanks again, Dragonfly, for another fantastic trip to remember! We can't wait to visit again soon!

The cutest spot for a “staycation”! My husband and I rented the “Bass Bungalow” for a night to celebrate his birthday. We live about an hour away, so after check in we drove into Galesburg to eat at Craft in the evening, and enjoyed the scenic views in the morning. Such a nice little get way. We definitely look forward to coming again in the summertime!

Had a great stay and will be back again. Loved the location and cozy cottage feel.

The interior of the cabin features warm wooden beams and walls, highlighting the natural timber frame construction. A staircase with wooden railing leads to an upper level, where a cozy sleeping area is suggested. Large windows permit ample natural light.

We will absolutely be back. Our kids loved it. We played games, hiked, worked out outside, cooked over the fire, and watched movies at night. It was such a comfy sleep. Completely what we needed! We will be back this summer!!!
