My place is close to the city center, art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, the coziness, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home is only 2 blocks from bars and restaurants and less than 5 blocks from Historic Downtown Wausau. We only live a mile away, so please contact us if you need anything during your stay!

This is a diamond in the rough! Place is set up perfectly. Nick was super responsive with any answers! For what we paid it was worth every penny. The only draw back was the noise of cars echoing off the buildings, nothing the host can do about it, but honestly nothing that would stop me from going back here again and again!! Hopefully bringing the whole family next time!!

This was a birthday gift to my partner and it was one of the best stays we’ve had together. Even with two households close by, it was still very quiet and peaceful. Honestly more quiet than some campsites we’ve stayed at. The place was so clean and neatly organized and had so many amenities for a small place. Host was kind and quick to respond to my questions which I appreciated. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will be booking another stay sometime!

Our trip to Wausau was spectacular and made even better by this great place to stay! It was accommodating for our whole family and we were so thankful that the house was clean and close to downtown. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!
