Aird Villa with its south facing decking is said to be one of the nicest houses on the Isle of Scalpay. It sits overlooking Scalpay’s quiet North Harbour where the local fishing boats are moored. From the decking it's exhilarating watching the birds & boats as you are more or less right above the water's edge. The house has been renovated to a very high standard and is comfortable, light, spacious & warm. It has a modern clean feeling coupled with the charm of a traditional Scalpay island home.

Recently re-furbished offering cosy living/sleeping spaces, with a king size bed, a spacious bathroom and a well equipped kitchen for self catering.

Here is our new well kitted out Pod.It has underfloor heating,hot water,two ring induction hob,fridge/freezer,kettle,toaster,fixed double bed,and sofa bed.For your comfort it has toilet,wash hand basin and shower.Also WiFi,alexa, tv/dvd,amazon fire stick (netflix/childrens tv etc).It is very comfortable and cosy, with super soft fluffy fleece bedding and a pure wool duvet. It also has a bbq area with seating and fire pit for chilled out evenings. The pod is at the end of a quiet village.

The location of pod is at the back of our house with a view over our croft and is near the Teampall Mholuaidh. Ideally situated as a base for exploring the whole of the island whilst still close to the amenities in town.

She is ideal for anyone who is looking for a fuss-free base to explore, or who is stopping over in Gairloch briefly.
