Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a BA and a conservatory. In front of the apartment is a south-facing terrace. You can see the garden from all the rooms. Access to the apartment is via a step. There is another step between the kitchen and the conservatory.
