Lillstugan - the cosy cottage on the countryside

"Lillstugan" is a cosy cottage in the middle of Sweden. It is located just beside our main house and is integrated in our farm, which is situated in the middle of a nice little village called Löa. We are surrounded by fields and forests, nature is just outside. Lush environments around the streams, deep forests, meadows, fields, grazing animals and lakes mean that the bird life is rich (approx. 145 species seen by us) It is a fully functional cottage and mainly for up to a small family.

Maisans Stuga ist ein kleines aber feines Häuschen. Es liegt idyllisch direkt am Wasser. Du kannst in dem See baden, angeln, in der umgebenden Natur wandern, Fahrrad fahren, auf der Veranda direkt am See lesen oder einfach nur den Ausblick genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. In Kloten, ca. 10 km entfernt gibt es die Möglichkeit Kanus oder Fahrräder zu leihen. In Kopparberg ca. 12 km entfernt sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes, Restaurants, Museen,...

Löa är en liten by i Bergslagen, som erbjuder vacker miljö och naturen runt hörnet. Vatten, bad och fiske finns beläget ca 1 km från lägenheten. Skogen finns direkt utanför. Markerade vandringsleder finns för både stora och små. Lekplats för barnen finns vid den närliggande byskolan. Matvaruhandel ligger ca 1 mil bort.

Mysig stuga på sjötomt

Här bor du i ett mysigt timmerhus från 1909 med moderna bekvämligheter. Gångavstånd till Ludvikas utbud av butiker och restauranger. Vintertid finns goda möjligheter till skidåkning, både i spår och utför. Romme alpin ligger 30 min bort. Sommartid finns möjlighet till fiske i Övre Hillen. Fiska från bryggan eller hyr vår plastbåt med elmotor (150kr/halvdag 8-12, 12-16). Fiskekort 50kr/ dag.

Lägenhet mitt i Söderbärke

Boende mitt i byn, nära till Ica, bad på Hagudden, Folkets park och hamnen. Fin natur och bra möjligheter till friluftsliv. Längdspår i Norberg (30 min) Smedjebacken (10 min) och Ljungåsen (45 min). Alpin skidåkning Uvbergsbacken i Smedjebacken och 45 min till Romme Alpin. På sommaren finns många sjöar för bad, fiske och paddling. Det finns fina grusvägar och stigar för mtb cykling.

Gården är belägen ca 6 km norr om Lindesberg. På gården finns får och hästar. Runt omkring finns fina promenadstigar och underbar natur med svamp- och bärmarker. Ca 3 mil norrut ligger Klotens fiskevårdsområde. Närhet till Bergslagsleden. Badplatser finns inom närområdet. Avstånd till Stockholm ca 18 mil och till Örebro ca 4.5 mil. I Lindesberg finns tågstation.
