Cozy & quiet with big terrace & mountain views

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.

The 2 1/2 room apartment with 60m2 is extremely tastefully and comfortably furnished. They live only 5 minutes walking distance from the Gotschnaseilbahn and center. An underground parking and Wi-Fi are free. Other benefits of this apartment include bright living-dining area, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom and seating area with a view of the glacier. A sauna and laundry room in the house also contribute to a pleasant stay.
