Meiningen, Erfurt, Weimar or Coburg are also worth a visit and are easily accessible.

House is modern and fully furnished with living room including fireplace, sofa, table, TV. The kitchen-living room with induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine is located on the first floor. My family and I live on the sunny outskirts of Waldau, directly in the beautiful Ansbachtal at the foot of the Thuringian Forest. A separate entrance leads you to your area of the house. The bright and newly renovated rooms invite you to relax. The forest is almost at your doorstep. It is only a few minutes by bike to the Ratscher mountain lake. The Goethe city of Ilmenau, the state capital of Erfurt or the Vestestadt of Coburg in neighboring Bavaria are easily accessible by highway.

Living in the midst of nature... Our teepee on the meadow not far from the casa cabrera offers you peace, rest, seclusion, campfire romance and pure relaxation. You can chill in the hammock, sleep outside and still be protected by the large tent, watch stars and deer or just use all the possibilities that the Thuringian Forest offers nature lovers... under "casa cabrera" you will find a kitchen and bathroom, which you can use, so that the little luxury is also given!

Visit our apartment on the Little Thuringian Forest in the beautiful district of Gethles von Schleusingen. The apartment has a separate entrance and has two bedrooms for a total of 4 people. Take a vacation with us in a quiet, forest location and enjoy Thuringian cuisine. Hiking trails start right in front of the apartment. Regional and national cycle paths are available for cyclists. For motorcyclists, tours through the Thuringian Forest are available.

Guest house on the Schleusehof... enjoy nature!

Our guest house (about 89 m) is located on our mini-farm, which we run as a hobby. The Schleusehof is idyllically located on a small river, where you can cool your feet on hot days. The house sleeps 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). On request, we also have a baby cot for the little ones. The farm offers space to romp and relax.
