There are three terraces around the house with outdoor kitchen in the form of a grill and pizza oven. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which has three rooms with a total of 6 beds, an entrance hall, a bathroom with a large shower, a cozy kitchen/living room and a living room with access to the terrace.

This home is two apartments that can be rented at the same time. The large part of the home contains two bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom, kitchen, kitchen, living room and dining area. In the other part of the house, there is a large loft with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed. There is also a large bathroom and kitchen.

The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

There are two guest rooms; 1 with a double bed of 140cm and 1 smaller room with a bed of 120cm. There is an entrance hall, utility room with washer and dryer, a bathroom, and a kitchen/living room in the same room. In addition, there is a newly built terrace on 2 sides of the house in total about 90 m2. The distance to the sea is about 350m.

Sun, surf, and fun with space for the family

Just 350 meters from this cozy summerhouse is the beach and one of the best surf spots on the Danish west coast. In the house there is plenty of room for 4-6 people. There is both a heat pump with air conditioning and a wood-burning stove for the colder days, which at the same time ensures coziness. The 1232 m2 plot is surrounded by a fence, so if you have small children on vacation, it is nice to have a fenced lawn for play. The terrace sets the stage for many hours of sunshine well laid back in the garden chairs.

Up to 4 guests. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, and a fireplace. Energy costs are included - unlike with many danish agencies. Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels. Built 1777, modernized and the roof extended 2023 - we love it. The house can also be booked together with the separate annex for up to 8 guests via the advert "Petrines Hus 2."
