It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a plot of 6000 sqm, directly on the lake. On our large plot there is plenty of space to relax, with a small barrel sauna (min 15€ per heating donation for the wood), large trampoline, ping pong table, fireplace, Hollywood swing at the lake and of course space for outdoor food and barbecue.

The property is located in a pretty house and is very inviting, well equipped, spacious and bright. There were four of us (3 adults and 1 toddler) and we had a wonderful time. The surroundings are beautiful and invite you to stroll (between many lilac trees), the nearby lake is very idyllic and can be reached via a beautiful path on foot. We enjoyed the days in the apartment very much. The attic, which was converted into a bedroom, was my favorite place, sun-drenched, spacious and very comfortable. There we slept in, drank tea, read, and let the day go by quietly. We were lovingly cared for and we didn't miss anything. The lake and the Peene are always worth a trip and there are plenty of good cafes and art to discover. And we enjoyed the exchange with the hosts Karin and Kurt and are grateful for it. Overall, I had a wonderful vacation on the Müritz. The location of the accommodation was great, as I was able to reach many activities promptly from there in all directions, especially by bike. In addition, the apartment was very cozy and quietly located. In particular, the view from the balcony directly to the adjacent forest with a small clearing in front was always a small highlight to relax in the evening. Everything was straightforward and very friendly with the hosts. I was even given an extra space where I could store my bike, which is recommended for the location.

The area is peaceful and perfect for walking, running and cycling—lots of quiet paths through beautiful countryside. The hosts rent out bikes, which made it easy to explore. The private sauna was a great bonus and seeing so many storks with their chicks around the village made the whole experience even more special. The hosts were welcoming and helpful—everything felt very easy and relaxed. We'd definitely come back!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. Extremely sufficient space for 6 people. Even with the two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything is super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.
