Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Klingenthal

We met in Gefrees for our annual family reunion and stayed in the Refugio and Loft. Highlights were the large garden with a homemade playground for the children, toys with billiards and table tennis and enough seating to relax. You absolutely didn't notice anything from the adjacent main road and supermarket parking lot. Everyone was thrilled with the property and the possibilities. For me personally, the best place I've stayed in so far. Perfect for family reunions, short vacations with larger groups, but I can also imagine the place as a venue for a wedding if you can book all the accommodations over the weekend. Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and happy that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are nice and sunny and the location perfect for us. Just a few small things we wanted to note. The bedrooms couldn't be darkened. Extra curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine. We were able to get a grip on this through a rubber glove. The lower sled of the dishwasher is broken, so it was difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in the lower bedroom Apart from these little things overall a recommended and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG mining ground. Thank you for this, if we are in the area again we will be happy to come back.

Great place for families and large groups. Exactly as described. It's in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery. Dana was our hostess and was very helpful.

Nice landlords. Very spacious, clean house. Huge garden. Very rural; but in about 10 minutes by car, you are in Hof. The highway is relatively close at half a kilometer (advantage and disadvantage at the same time). Interesting area near the border triangle. Value for money is good.

There were six of us for 4 nights in the accommodation. We had lots of space. The sauna, table tennis, billiards and the soccer field were the highlights.

We went there for the second time – and it was beautiful again! The house is wonderfully quiet, so you can relax wonderfully, and yet Annaberg-Buchholz is within walking distance. It's a perfect combination of recreation and experience! Gladly again and again! :)

Beautiful large and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to do laundry. The large bed was upstairs so we opted to sleep downstairs closer to the bathroom. The only suggestion would be to have instructions for the property in English as well as German.

The apartment we liked very well. It is very lovingly decorated. We've rarely had such a well-equipped apartment! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The terrace is also a highlight. The contact with Jana was great. The apartment is really highly recommended. We were there to explore the area by bike which was great, but also a nice area for hiking!

When we arrived we found the house clean and organized. The place is very well equipped, cozy and comfortable, you have a good view of the garden from all the windows. Hosts are kind, polite, helpful and always available. A short walk away, you have a good supermarket and public transportation. Highly recommended accommodation.

We felt completely comfortable! The place was spotlessly clean and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. We were particularly enthusiastic about the cozy fireplace, which ensured a perfect end to the day. We will be happy to come back! :)

Zuzana is a great host and her apartment is absolutely spotless clean, very nicely setup and in a great part of town. Morning sun in one window and afternoon sun in the other side. The location is top, slightly out of the main area which makes it quiet at night, but still easily walkable to everything. If you are working and travelling like ai was this apartment is very well setup with 2x comfortable workspaces. 100% recommend

We had a lovely time. The accommodation offers everything you want. The location is great in that you can do many places and excursions on foot, by bike or by car. The accommodation offers time to rest. And the amenities are great. Various glasses, plates and kitchen utensils are available. The terrace is sunny all day :) Unfortunately, the stairwell is a little audible.

Immediately when looking for my place, I felt like this is the right place! And that's it! Cozy, very nice uncomplicated hosts, a blooming branch in the vase... Beautiful functional furnishings, a place to feel good! Wonderful view, balcony, fireplace, what else could you ask? Thank you, I'll be back!

What a place to stay...... there are no wishes left unfulfilled. A complete, high-quality equipment with everything you could ask for. And this in an apartment that is modern and openly designed, equipped with generous space and top technology. All this and the very likeable hosts, in a wonderful down-to-earth environment make a holiday a highlight. Always approachable, very helpful and with the warm parents on site in the same house, but as an apartment with separate outdoor access, you feel like a guest as a king. Uncomplicated and very flexible charging of the electric car was possible, parking in front of the house on sight in a quiet, upscale residential area rounded off the overall picture. All consumables were available, even coffee beans were available for arrival and a first cup of espresso in the coffee machine. Unfortunately, we only stayed here for a few days. Thank you again.

Everything was clean Beds comfortable Jirka was quick to answer any questions The location of the cottage is quite lonely. But the garden is great for children to play as it is fenced all around.

The place was excellent. The house was large and offered many opportunities for relaxing together. We were 13 people and all found a nice place. The door lock needs to be replaced, but that's the only drawback.

The house is identical as shown in the photos and it is a nice, quiet location in the fall. The staff is friendly at the reception and answers all questions. The accommodation was clean as we are also used to from the previous accommodations. Gladly come back.

The home is exactly as described by the previous ones. A paradise for children and thus a relaxing holiday for the adults. Everything you could ask for is available. A huge garden and a lot of play equipment for children from the playhouse to swings and sandbox. There is a fire pit for campfire, terrace with barbecue area, whirlpool. The kitchen is well equipped, 2 refrigerators, freezer, filter coffee machine, pad machine. Large living area, large bathroom, 3 toilets, 4 bedrooms. We, the children and our dog felt very comfortable and we will come back again.

It's been a lovely few days. Great place with enough space for 8 people. Very nice contact.

We were at Pavel's for a bachelor party. With his translator app, communication was also no problem. Pavel is super friendly and you don't notice him, even though he lives next door. He came by again in the evening to bring bread and coffee beans and asked again if we needed anything. The house is a bit outdated, but the pool with about 20-21 degrees remained unused by us. But for the purpose of why we were there, it was perfect. The large living room is great and the possibility to use the pool table as a dining table is great. I would be staying for max. 9 people recommend, 9 was already relatively cozy. We had a very nice weekend!

Very friendly and helpful! Florian was always available if something didn't go as planned. The house is great and has an authentic, cozy decor. There are beautiful hiking trails nearby, which we enjoyed very much! Absolutely recommended to stay at Florian's place. We would come back anytime!

WOW - what a beautiful home! Marketa's home was wonderful for our girl's weekend. Everything was perfect - the kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious and stocked as well. we will definitely return.
