Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Beautiful old mansion's house from 1870 was lovingly restored and modernized where needed. The apartment is on the ground floor. In the summer you can enjoy the peace and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the nuclear water wonderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, Römerstadt Xanten and Anholt Castle.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The recently renovated apartment is located in the cozy district of Bottendaal with terraces and cafes in abundance. It is within walking distance of the Central Station, City Centre and Radboud University and Hospital. Parking is also no problem. The street is quiet and green. In the apartment you will find all kinds of equipment such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The apartment has a private entrance and balcony.

In our lovingly prepared apartment in our extensively renovated farmhouse there is enough space for you! Whether you just want to get out into the countryside. A cozy cycling weekend with an excursion to the neighboring country or a vacation with the whole family. Barbecuing in the orchard. Everything is possible. Nothing is mandatory! The apartment is on the first floor on a street with a bike path. From here, you are about 3.5 km from downtown Goch.

Centre and parc are a 5 to 10 minutes walk. It's also nearby the so called "Modekwartier". We have a nice 120 years old home which is big enough to welcome some guests. We allready had several guests from the UK who came to visit the Airborne Memorial places. Mind this; we are all vaccinated, we ask yoy the same and if not possible due to your condition, we ask for a negative testresult.
