Simple apartment

Former shoemaker's workshop as a functional apartment in Kirchheim. On the ground floor (about 24 m²) there is a living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The bedroom is on the upper floor (about 12 m²) with sloping ceilings. Due to the historical building structure, the historical windows on the ground floor have been preserved. The ascent from the ground floor to the bedroom on the upper floor is via a staircase (space-saving staircase). A small seating area is available on the courtyard side. Barbecue and garden use on request.

The Freisberg

The house is situated in a beautiful garden in the quiet, idyllic Palatine village of Mühlheim. The Gesindehaus is tastefully restored and expanded and has many loving details. On the first floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace as well as the kitchen room with a spiral staircase to the top floor. In addition, there is the bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a bedroom with workplace and double bed (120 cm). In the studio of the attic is another bed (180 cm) and a large roof terrace.

The bright, modern 110-square-meter apartment is accessible via an outside staircase. The property includes a large natural meadow that invites you to linger. The house is located in the quiet center of Kleinkarlbach with attractive excursion destinations in the surrounding area. The "Drei Mühlenwanderweg" and medieval Neuleiningen are particularly appealing. About 15 km away is the spa town of Bad Duerkheim, known for the largest wine festival in the world, the "Bad Duerkheimer Wurstmarkt"

The apartment in the basement offers 50 square meters of living space for couples who want to be completely private. A king-size bed invites you to cuddle. A simple kitchen complements the lovingly designed ambiance. Under the canopy of old oaks lies your private outdoor area of around 100 square meters.

The Worms water tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original round arches and plenty of light – 6 large windows. Couples will feel comfortable here. Schwalbennest - Living in the vineyard - Studio

The apartment is in the center of Weisenheim am Berg. From here you are directly in the vineyards or walk within 10 minutes to the Palatinate Forest. You can drown in a restaurant within walking distance. The apartment is located on the grounds of an old winery. When you step out of the apartment, you are directly in the large courtyard, which is seated in the warm months and has a gentleman bar. In summer, people celebrate outside. So it can also get louder.

Our vacation home Elisabeth, built in 1720, is located in the idyllic village of Kleinkarlbach on the romantically situated Eckbach. Surrounded by magnificent vineyards that invite you to hike and bike. The vacation home includes a closed inner courtyard with an open barn, a historic vaulted cellar and a 700 square meter garden that invites you to relax. Parking is available. We only rent to 8 people or more. No pets allowed. We do not rent individual rooms.

Tiefenthal guest house

It is a cottage on a farm in the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve, in the middle of the Leiningerland. In addition to our beautiful hut, we offer insight into our poultry and fish farming. The cabin is equipped with modern and tried-and-tested amenities. It has a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, shower, TV, hot water and a wood-burning kitchen stove. From the terrace you can look out over the carp pond and have a spectacular view with great sunsets.
