Former shoemaker's workshop as a functional apartment in Kirchheim. On the ground floor (about 24 m²) there is a living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The bedroom is on the upper floor (about 12 m²) with sloping ceilings. Due to the historical building structure, the historical windows on the ground floor have been preserved. The ascent from the ground floor to the bedroom on the upper floor is via a staircase (space-saving staircase). A small seating area is available on the courtyard side. Barbecue and garden use on request.

The house is situated in a beautiful garden in the quiet, idyllic Palatine village of Mühlheim. The Gesindehaus is tastefully restored and expanded and has many loving details. On the first floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace as well as the kitchen room with a spiral staircase to the top floor. In addition, there is the bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a bedroom with workplace and double bed (120 cm). In the studio of the attic is another bed (180 cm) and a large roof terrace.

The apartment is in the center of Weisenheim am Berg. From here you are directly in the vineyards or walk within 10 minutes to the Palatinate Forest. You can drown in a restaurant within walking distance. The apartment is located on the grounds of an old winery. When you step out of the apartment, you are directly in the large courtyard, which is seated in the warm months and has a gentleman bar. In summer, people celebrate outside.
