The living and sleeping areas are separated from the kitchen area by the comfortable, elevated seating position of the dining table bar. Welcome to the small "Pfälzer Hexenhäuschen" in beautiful Edesheim. I found the little cottage in 2021 after it had not been looked after for many years and stood empty. With a lot of love, sweat and hard work, I brought it back to life. The Pfälzer Hexenhäuschen, as we lovingly christened it during the renovation, has few straight walls, is crooked and barely there and has a history dating back to 1589 - a real feel-good place - hopefully for you too!

The Southern Palatinate and the Palatinate Forest invite you with their popular excursion destinations, countless refreshment stops, modern wine bars, good wine and Palatinate hospitality. The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.

You will find our apartment in the idyllic, old Winzerhaus in Wachenheim an der Weinstr., within walking distance of the castle and in the beautiful town center with wine bars and restaurants. Ideal as a starting point for hiking or cycling trips in the Palatinate Forest. Bad Dürkheim and Deidesheim are only a few km away and offer a diverse outdoor, leisure and cultural program.

Treat yourself to a little time out in our lovingly furnished vacation room. The room is located in the basement of our single-family house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not barrier-free) and is closed off from our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. Towels and hairdryer are in the private bathroom.

Pfalzfreude Winery in Hainfeld

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
