The Haseltal cycle path passes right by the property. The outdoor swimming pool is about 300 meters away. The ski and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues, downhill with a lift and Schmiedefeld) can easily be reached in 20-30 minutes by car and also by public transport.

Der 39 Grad warme Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar und inclusive. Die Nutzung der Fasssauna ist zubuchbar . Die Whirlpool Badewanne im SZ funktioniert leider nicht.

Modern holiday home in the heart of the Grabfeld

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. Children can use the playhouse, sandbox, nest swing or slagline and trampoline to romp, the adults read a book on the daybeds.

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .
