The apartment is very bright, the windows are oriented towards the courtyard, so you can't hear the street noise. The house has its own inner courtyard, so there are no problems with parking. The apartment is comfortable for mothers with wheelchairs or people with disabilities, because there are only a few stairs to get into the apartment. The apartment has all the amenities you need for life.

The house is build by germans in year 1905. Various bus stops are close by, shops as well can be reached by 5 minute walk.

You will have a quiet and exclusive rest in the apartments in the center of Klaipeda with a courtyard (terrace, barbecue), although 100 m away the city life is boiling.
