Relax in this calm, stylish, completely newly renovated home in Klagshamn. The guesthouse is located to our house and close to natural areas. Bus station is by the street where bus no. 6 takes you to Hyllie where you then have many choices such as Emporia shopping center, train station that can take you to Copenhagen or central Malmö and more. By car it takes about 30 min to Copenhagen and 25 min to Falsterbonäset. The accommodation is best suited for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. We are looking forward to your host!

Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

We had a very nice holiday. The house is very cozy. Above all, the children had great fun playing with all the toys and playing in the garden. We were able to let them play in peace, since everything was child-proof. All the utensils you need for children were on site. We would always recommend it.

We had a nice one-night stay. Although we didn’t get to fully enjoy the property as we were very tired from a long drive and mostly just needed rest, it was comfortable and peaceful. One thing I truly missed was a shower. I knew beforehand that the property didn’t have one, but I think an outdoor shower could be a great addition. In fact, I ended up using a big bottle of water to shower in the garden because I really needed to freshen up after the drive. It wouldn’t take much—just 1 or 2 gallons of water and a simple pumpable shower would make a big difference for guests like me. If Marianti could consider setting this up, it would really enhance the experience. Overall, a pleasant and restful stay. Thank you!

The accommodation is in a quiet and nice area, a bit far from the center – but if you have a car, it's no problem. The room was super fresh and had everything you could need – both amenities and things for everyday life. Erika and Norbert were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we were busy and didn't have time to thank them personally. Can really recommend this place – it's perfect for a family trip!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family with kids. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kids especially loved the pool, garden slide and the near by playground. The location was great too, just few minutes drive to a grocery store and 15 minutes drive to the Emporia shopping center. Also, Ebru was very helpful and responsive. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

Even if it is outside of Malmö, a bus is connected to this very place and makes access to the city after a tiny tour with such really easy! The surrounding area is beautiful, calm and the house itself has everything you could ever wish for! I highly recommend it if you would like to have a ton of friends over for a travel or a family too, and then have a relaxing time with them. The jacuzzi, especially on colder evenings, is very much inviting! All in all, a wonderful house with very fsir pricing considering everything!

Exactly as advertised, cozy and peaceful place. Very nice bnb that had everything needed for a shorts stan to longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Charlotte's house, which was as beautiful as it was presented. We felt at home right from the beginning. Charlotte always answered immediately if we had a question and pointed us to some great locations in the near neighbourhood.
