Just around the corner is the 2 main squares -"Troikata" and "Kiril i Metodii ", the main pedestrian street Alexandrovska with a lot of restaurants , shops and 2 supermarkets - BILLA and BOLERO . 10 min. walk to the Central Train Station and about 20 min walk to the beach . The apartment is new , with all kind of facilities for 6 people and is located in clean and secured with a video camera building .

Cosy studio next to the beach

Wonderful apartment for a holiday. Perfect sea and mountains view! Nice, large, clean, well-equipped studio incl. kitchen area and a furnished room with comfortable bed, functional air conditioning. Free WiFi. Extremely nice neighbours. Ideal location close to the beach and just in 15 min distance from the bus station and centre of the town. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend it to couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Looking forward to see you here!

Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.

Our stay at Vasileya's house was awesome. Although she wasn't there herself her mother was an excellent host. She greeted everyone and was always there to listen and help out with all our additional requests during the whole stay. We had at our disposal not only our rooms but the common spaces too. Definately recommend. Until next time :)

Отдыхали с дочкой в конце августа - отдых получился прекрасным. Мадлен и Гагик радушные, внимательные, заботливые - замечательные люди! Наш рейс задержался, но они нас дождались, встретили и помогли с закупкой продуктов - спасибо ещё раз! Рассказали где лучшие магазины и пляжи. Квартира очень понравилась - все необходимое есть, даже пляжный зонтик! Утренний кофе на балконе, шум моря, крики чаек, белые домики с черепичными крышами - это запомнится надолго! Район очень удачный - вторая улица от моря - тихо и уютно. Пять минут пешком до Южного пляжа и мыса. Пляж отличный - песок, нет водорослей и волн. А восхитительные закаты солнца на фоне маяка, то ради чего мы приходили на мыс.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Es gibt alles, was Sie für einen schönen Urlaub brauchen. Wir fühlten uns fast wie zu Hause. Es war sehr cool! Das Meer ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, in der Nähe befinden sich Geschäfte (bis 24 Stunden geöffnet) Bank, Apotheken, Restaurants usw. Gastgeber Rosvitas war sehr hilfsbereit, war immer in Kontakt mit uns und hat uns jedes Mal blitzschnell geholfen, wenn wir Hilfe oder Rat brauchten (z. B. bei Problemen mit dem Internet schickte er uns noch am selben Tag einen Master, der alle Probleme behob). Rosvitas ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Wir danken ihm und seiner netten Managerin. Dass der Pool nicht funktionierte, war uns egal! Wir sind nicht wegen dem Pool nach Sozopol gefahren, sondern wegen dem Meer und ans Meer! Und auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man in Sozopol immer irgendwohin gehen,hier gibt es wirklich was "Schönes" zu sehen und zu erleben. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Както и миналата година всичко беше супер. Нямаме никакви оплаквания и забележки. Квартирата се намира на централно място в стария град и на 5 минути от плажа и центъра. Станимир е много ангажиран като домакин и е винаги на разположение когато има проблеми. Препоръчваме го на всички. Ние ще се върнем отново с удоволствие. Благодаря за гостоприемството.

Апартаментът разполага с всичко необходимо за пълноценен престой, много чист и добре поддържан е. Допускането на домашни любимци беше голям плюс за нас. Виолета е чудесен домакин - любезна, отзивчива и усмихната. Комуникацията с нея е много лесна и приятна. Прекарахме си чудесно и определено бихме избрали да отседнем отново на това място.
