Really a great place for large families who want to be close to Sapporo Station and all the shopping area.

旅行で利用しましたが、とても清潔感があって快適に過ごせました。 駅まで徒歩圏内かつ、レンタカー利用もあったので駐車場がついていたのは非常に便利でした！ 連絡も迅速で丁寧また利用したいなと思います。

Host was very friendly and responded to my queries patiently. Location was very ideal and there are many amenities nearby. Highly recommend for big families who want their own personal space and a more affordable option compared to hotel rooms.

한적한 현지인 주거지역에 위치해 있습니다. 8박 하는 동안 동네에서 일본인 이외에 외국인은 마주친 적이 없습니다. 나카지마 공원까지 걸어서 체감상 5분 거리입니다. 나카지마 공원은 산책하기도 좋고 러닝하기도 좋고 아무것도 안 하고 그냥 앉아 있기에도 정말 좋습니다. 공원 위쪽과 아래쪽에 각각 지하철역이 있습니다. 숙소에서 스스키노 까지는 걸어서 갈만합니다. 스스키노까지 갔다면 이어서 오도리공원까지도 구경하면서 걸어갈 만합니다. 숙소에서 오도리공원 너머서 삿포로역으로 한 번에 가려면 걷는 것은 심리적으로 멀게 느껴지고 지하철이나 트램을 타는 것이 편합니다. 한적한 동네이지만 걸어서 5분~10분 정도 되는 곳들에 편의점, 작지만 맛있는 라멘 및 가정식 식당, 수프카레 식당, 이자카야 등등이 있어서 동네에서 현지식으로 식사 음주를 해결할 수도 있습니다. 체크인 체크아웃은 비대면으로 편리하게 진행했고 불편함 없이 안전하게 지냈습니다. 침대와 거실이 미닫이 파티션으로 분리되어 있어서 좋았고 거실 공간 크기도 2명이서 지내기에 적당했습니다. TV가 없어서 일본 현지 방송을 구경해볼 수 없는 것은 아쉽습니다. 아주 청결하게 청소되어 있었고, 모든 설비가 깨끗하고, 수압 좋고, 취사, 세탁 가능합니다.

삿포로의 도심과는 거리가 조금 있지만 전철이나 도보로 충분히 이동도 가능하고, 무엇보다 조용해서 좋았습니다. 성인여자 4명이서 이용했는데, 불편함없이 이용했습니다.

노르베사 가깝고, 오도리공원까지도 걸어서 갈 만한 거리였어요~ 시내랑 가깝고 편리했어요. 체크인 방법도 간단했고 호스트님도 응답이 매우 빠르셨습니다 너무 깔끔하고 쾌적해서 가족끼리 좋은 시간 보냈습니다

The place consider strategic just beside the Tanuki Koji shopping street, plenty of shops restautant and Izakaya to enjoy! We have enjoyed our stay and also made our staycation cozy. One more which need to be mentioned would be the host willing to help, and we are grateful for the response.

숙소가 매우 깔끔하고 넓었으며 4인 모두가 이용 하기에 너무 안락 하고 편안했습니다 :) 주차도 편하게 가능 했고, 출입문도 열기 쉬었습니다. 단독 집이라서 조용하고 사생활이 보호되었습니다. 다음에 삿포로에 방문시 재방문 의사 1000% 입니다. 또 가고 싶은 집입니다:)

I came here with my family, very quiet and back to the nature. You can feel how owner care the guests, they prepare almost everything you need, the rice, the coffee, and a lot of lovely plates with different sizes that enough for a big family. We played the snow just in front of the house, however we can just wear tee indoor, very warm. The house is old, the equipments are really in good quality from the toilet and cloth dryer, owner prepared electric blankets for us etc, they live nearby so you will feel reliable, and replied to you in time. You can find a cafe and an onsen by car within 10 min. The only suggestion is you need prepare enough foods in advance before coming.

My very first experience staying at Airbnb, and it was much better than I expected. The place is clean and tidy. Every material used in the house is quality products. To be honest, this Airbnb is even better than my current apartment. Thank you Aya san for being a great host as well. You were very helpful during our stay.

Beautiful and clean place, perfect for our big family of 8. A 10+ mins stroll from station with loads of food / convenience stores in the area. Host was responsive and kind to quickly replace faulty appliance within next morning.

Good location in between Sapporo and New Chitose Airport. There is a supermarket very near to Shiroishi station.

5名で2泊利用しました。 とても親切に対応していただき、快適に過ごせました。 設備等も清潔で充実しており、不自由さは全く感じませんでした。 まるで自宅にいるかのように、ゆっくり寛げる空間なので、外出後もリラックスして疲れを癒せました。 近くにコンビニもあり、何かの時は歩いてすぐ行ける距離で便利です。

깨끗하고 모던한 집이에요. 침대 두개가 있는 방에 침대가 커서 짐 놓을 공간이 없는 부분만 빼면 괜찮았습니다. 침대도 편했어요. 다만, 방은 살짝 추웠습니다. 가성비로 완전 좋아요.

This was our first time visiting Otaru, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station and an easy stroll to the main streets of Otaru. Every morning, we could hear the sound of the steam clock and music in the distance, which made the atmosphere feel so peaceful and beautiful. It’s also very close to convenience stores and everything else we needed. We really loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

we had a pleasant time staying here! it's close to the station, konbini, and tourist spots in otaru like otaru music box museum, otaru canal, letao, and many more! they are all walkable from the apartment. the place is quite spacious for the 7 of us. it's also very clean. would love to stay here again next time we go to otaru!

Near Minami Otaru Station, everything matches the description. But one thing I didn’t know—the room door is more like a partition, not a real door.

Convenient and clean, short walk to Minami Otaru Station and also a short walk to Marchen Crossroads (with lots to experience and eat!). The view outside was wonderful. We had a wonderful time at Otaru 😄
