연락 드릴 때마다 매우 신속하게 답변해 주시고, 이것저것 많이 챙겨주신 아키코 상 감사합니다~! 현지 외국인 집에서 지내는 경험은 처음이었는데, 친절하게 잘 알려 주셔서 편하게 쉬고 갑니다! 다만 교토나 오사카의 유명한 곳으로 놀러가려면 교통은 조금 불편할 수 있습니다ㅠㅠ 하지만 동네가 정말 조용하고 한산해서 현지 느낌 물씬이에요

Irene的房子很好地结合了京都当地建筑特色和现代化的生活品质，厨房设施齐全，马桶用起来不错，浴缸的体验更是独具特色；房源位置也相当方便，在二楼打开窗户就能俯视鸭川，距离最热闹的四条地区步行十分钟左右可以抵达，清水寺等景点要更近些。 住在马路边确实会有些噪音，但卧室的封闭设计很好的对冲了这个问题，要当心睡过头哈哈哈哈哈

不在市区但又相距不远 环境特别好 房主服务也很热情 基本就是24小时随时响应 特别赞的是能提供烤炉 去神户能自己买肉回来烤有多幸福就不用多说了吧

Exceptionally warm and friendly. Because of the train station directly in front of the house, we had an easy way to Nara(~20min) and Osaka Namba (~40min), direct train connection. We had no trouble sleeping. Apart from trains passing, the area is very quiet. The view at night from our room (3 bed room) was gorgeous, and the breakfast in their cafe is delicious. For me it is one of the best places I have stayed.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The hosts are a wonderful older couple—genuine, kind, and salt-of-the-earth people who went above and beyond. They stocked the fridge, shared invaluable Kyoto sightseeing tips, and made our stay special. Their playful black Labrador is a charming bonus (never intrusive). Worth every cent—I’d recommend it to anyone! Please treat the hosts with respect. They are genuinely good folks.

房子很大，经典的日式风格，庭院也很漂亮，非常不一样的居住体验。离地铁站和海边都很近。 Yuki很热情，给了很多附近可以玩的建议，提供了自行车可以骑去海边，还借了浴衣给我们去看花火大会，很有日剧的感觉～ 希望下次有机会还能来住！

一切都很好，和照片中的布置一模一样，唯一的缺点就是Dyson 吹风机没有热风 🤣 很棒的一间家

The location was nice, easy to find and close to a train station. We had 3 adults, 2 adults shared a room but there was plenty of room. It was clean and the people were very nice to us. I would recommend staying there.

Chambre confortable. Petite pour 4 mais agréable ; elle est bien conçue pour y rester quelques jours . Proche du parc Universal Studio ☺️👍

주요 관광지도 다 가깝고 수압도 매우 좋습니다. 단체로 여행을 올때 아주 적합한 레지던스입니다.

Fully kitted apartment and close to the train - great home base for exploring Osaka.

駅から近く、徒歩圏内にスーパー玉出もあります。南海線の南出口、JR線の通天閣出口はエレベーターがあり便利です。(地下鉄は利用してないので分かりません) チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえ助かりました。 問い合わせの返信が早く安心できました。フロントの方の対応も丁寧でとても良かったです。 新しく、綺麗にされていて、気持ちよく過ごせました。

3人で利用させて頂きましたが、部屋も広く、とても快適に過ごせました。 JR、地下鉄どちらの駅からも近く、どこに行くにもアクセスが良かったです。 チェックイン時間等も柔軟に対応頂き、たいへん助かりました。また利用したいです。

Great place in lovely neighborhood, very clean, the best thing is that you can learn how to make onigiri during you breakfast, very lovely.

masatoshi sano and satome san were very friendly and I could not felt more at home, he had good recommendations and felt very warm despite the language barrier. thank you for the Natto :)

What a beautiful traditional Japanese home to stay We totally loved the old house, beautiful decorations, the inner courtyard and our room. Everything was perfect! Chieri is a great host, we felt very welcomed and home right away. We were on a road trip, so we also enjoyed that we could wash our clothes. And we tried out the traditional japanese bath. Perfect! Chieri, thank you for everything! Hope to see you someday again!

We stayed at Kuniko's apartment for a week. We have three kids, including a crawling baby. The place was a little tricky to find at first but once we found our bearings it was easy and very close to the station, less than ten minutes walk with kids and luggage. I hadn't received check in information 24hrs before our booking so I messaged to ask and was send details quickly. Self check in was easy and efficient. The apartment was very clean and spacious and clutter free which I appreciated with a baby. There was space for her to crawl around and the tatami platform for beds worked out perfectly for sleeping arrangements. A large fridge freezer and kitchen amenities were appreciated. Having a washing machine in the apartment was very convenient and clothes dried quickly in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and different each day. The kids were also happy to eat there every morning. Kuniko was very responsive and always helpful. Would highly recommend. 😊 Thanks Kuniko!

とても親しみやすいオーナーさんで、説明もとても丁寧でした。 地元のお勧めの飲食店、銭湯(天然温泉）の情報も正確で良かったです。 また、子供用のおもちゃも部屋においてあり、細やかな気配りが、お部屋の至る所にありました。 朝食のサンドイッチは、どれも美味しいですが、カレー味がお勧め(笑)

A pure sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate. The location is at the top of beautiful and quiet Koyodai. The combination of the warmth of Sachiyo’s and Justin’s hospitality and the impeccable design of their home and the meals unmatched in terms of quality of ingredients and flavor was perfection. I am grateful for the simple touches of care and creativity each day. I felt welcome and so happy. I look forward to seeing them again. My heartfelt thanks go out to them.

Mein Aufenthalt bei Miyagon war großartig. Ich wurde vom Bahnhof abgeholt und es gab einen gut organisierten CheckIn. Die Unterkunft war sauber und genau wie in der Beschreibung. Zusätzlich standen kostenlose Getränke und Snacks zur Verfügung. Es gab jeden Morgen super leckeres Frühstück, teils mit lokalen Früchten die ich zuvor noch nie gegessen hatte. Miyagon selbst war super freundlich, immer gut erreichbar und hat mir ganz viele nützliche Tipps für die Reise gegeben. Dank eines Übersetzungsgeräts, welches Sie immer bei sich hatte war die Verständigung ebenfalls einfach. Das Haus befindet sich direkt an einer Straße die voller Sakurabäme ist. Zudem sind unmittelbar in der Umgebung viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das einzige was ich schade fand ist, dass ich die Unterkunft nicht für eine längeren Zeitraum gebucht hatte.
