Located in the old town centre, 5 minute walk from the high street, and 15 minutes walk from the station and beach. Sorry - not suitable for children under 8 years.

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.

Hi paul. Apologies for such a late review. Unfortunately i had to cut my stay short due to work commitments , but felt very relaxed and comfortable while i was their.. Thank you for the wine it was very much appreciated with my tea but sorry i didnt eat the brownies im not a sweet eating person but the thought was grateful so thank you!!!! I would definitely stay again!! So quite at night which is great.. Thank you Kindest regards Kris

We had a lovely stay at Martina and Tristan’s! Very clean, lots of space for the two of us, beautifully decorated and good amenities. Road was busy and noisy at times but parking was easy, could find spaces. Martina responded to questions promptly and provided us with great local information. A short walk to the sea front and town. Would recommend the tea room on the front and we ate at the Swan Inn which is about a ten minute drive. Would recommend.

A neatly arranged bed features a textured blue blanket, complemented by decorative pillows displaying botanical patterns. Freshly folded white towels are placed at the forefront, adding a touch of hospitality. Natural light filters in, enhancing the room's soothing ambiance.

Had a wonderful stay. great location minutes from the beach. The house was great loads of space for the 6 of us. kids didnt want to leave, already asking if we can go back next year! wpuld highly recommend this place. thanks for making the holiday

Theresa recommended local eating places within walking distance and also made helpful suggestions of places of interest to visit in the wider Norfolk area. Would definitely recommend!
