Here, a newly renovated apartment is rented on the 1st floor — near Svendborg Centrum, the Archipelago Trail and much more. The apartment has its own entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x double bedrooms, WC & bath. Possibility of bedding in living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the strait there is also the possibility to sit outside and possibly light up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful labrador) on the ground floor.

The living area features large windows that offer views of the water, allowing natural light to fill the space. A cozy couch and wooden table are complemented by dining chairs. An area rug defines the seating arrangement, creating a comfortable environment for relaxation.

Surrounded by water in Svendborgsund

A summerhouse with a unique location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house is modernized with new kitchen and bathroom as well as after insulation so that it can be used throughout the year. The bedroom is equipped with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a good quality sofa bed with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning sugar. The house of 36 m2 is oriented to the south, which is why you experience both sun up and descents from the house.

Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen. Barbecue in the garden

Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Close to the Archipelago Trail which, among other things, is in Egebjerg hills. Blue Rock put and take is 500 meters from the house. Private parking right outside the door. Close to Svendborg, where there are ferries to the lovely South Funen archipelago.

We stayed two nights as part of touring round a bit. We loved the countryside setting and sitting out watching the cows and hare was relaxing. Odense was interesting as was the Japanese garden.
