This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road.

I was traveling for work, so it was a nice surprise that this home was only minutes away from the office I was visiting. The town nearby was fun to explore. Tim and Barb gave me great restaurant suggestions, they indeed were delicious! I enjoyed getting to visit the museums as well. They gave me a tip on how to get an entry discount! And the view from their home was beautiful! I even got to watch the moon eclipse while I was there and you could see every single little star in the sky. They were also very responsive to any of my questions. Thanks for having me!

We stayed at Elena's home for a four day ski trip. Her place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The big kitchen stocked with pots and pans allowed us to make several meals. And the drives to Bretton Woods and Loon were very easy. Would definitely stay again!

We had a minor glitch at checkin, but Doreen responded immediately and the problem was resolved within minutes! This is our third visit at this home and probably won’t be our last. The sound of the river is so soothing, the home is so comfortable and the yard is expansive. Great for multiple generations.
