Vacation rentals with a home theater in Kinugawa River

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The place was spacious and perfect for our family of five. The surroundings were peaceful, and it had everything we needed. Plus, there was a market and train right across the street! Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Thank you for hosting, Hiro! We had a great time!

Great location, about five minutes walk to two subway stations, very easy to get around, the bed is very comfortable, there is a washing machine and an open-air balcony, you can hang your clothes, the host is polite and communicates well.There is a lot of food around and there are two fresh supermarkets at the same time.The only downside was that it could be a bit noisy on the weekend nights, there was a bar nearby, but the landlord provided earplugs, not a big problem, there was no perfect house, on the whole this property was excellent.

The property has all facilities as listed. this is very close to Asakusa station, Sensoji temple, Sumieda river, Asakusa Skytre. there is a 24 hour laundromat in 2 mins walk and wonderful eating places. and great access to travel everywhere. absolutely recommend to whomever is traveling to Tokyo

The place was close to the train station and in a quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and sufficient for 3 people. The host was always available and quick to respond to questions.

We had a great time! The apartment is located in downtown Shimokitazawa with loads of restaurants, shopping and transportation at your doorstep. The host booked airport transportation and responded quickly and was very helpful. We had a great time exploring Tokyo from here. Would definitely recommend!

Fairly basic but nice and clean apartment in Sumida City (East Tokyo), x3 large double beds which was suitable for our family of 4. Clean kitchen with amenities you would expect. Also small but nice bath, washer and dryer. Lift up to 10th floor, easy to get in as per instructions. Relatively short walk to Skytree tower and train station. Easy bus connection to Disney and Disney sea at train station. Bit far from other tourist areas like Shibuya

Amazing place, and neighborhood right beside the Y and F lines. The house was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, with every detail shiny clean. Yutaro and Rei were very responsive, and helpful (and also gave some good tips like Sailknotz bakery!). Huge, new, nice house. Very quiet, yet steps away from anything you’d want to do. 711 about 30 seconds away.

It is very hard to describe how great this place was for our two-week family vacation. We come every year to Tokyo and have stayed at this property for the first time - it was hands down the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at. The host, the amenities (down to charging cables and batteries; they even bought some children stuff for our kids) plus the style, location etc etc. I almost fear this place will never be available again as it just was so good. We do miss it already being now back.

I was with a baby, so it was very helpful to be able to check in a little early. There were four family bedrooms, and it was comfortable with a TV, air conditioner, and chairs.I was impressed that I could watch Netflix on the big screen TV, and it was spacious and relaxing enough.I didn't know how to open the window on the first floor, so the shutter didn't close and it was bright in the morning, and one of the doors didn't close properly, but otherwise it was a perfectly clean and relaxing facility.The hosts were very friendly and kind, and I'm glad I was able to talk to them about various things.It was helpful that they kindly lent me some seasoning when I didn't have enough for the BBQ.I think the price was low for high season, so I'd like to stay again if I get the chance.

We had no trouble at all finding the place and checking in because Keitaro picked us up from Yutenji station at a time of our choosing and showed us to the apartment. It's in a peaceful neighbourhood just a 3 minute walk from Yutenji station, a few stops away from Shibuya, so we liked that it was near the action but away from the crowds. The listing was clean and well stocked with more than the essential amenities that we would typically expect. Keitaro is an approachable and helpful host who spoke English well so we had no trouble communicating too.

Great location in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, AiBnB is perfectly described with all the requires amenities. For US visitors, I strongly recommend you read the guide/welcome book provided by your host it will explain access and all electrical systems.

Perfect Location for Exploring Tokyo! The location was absolutely perfect—just a 5-minute train ride to Shinjuku Station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. We loved having so many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, which made everything super convenient after long days of sightseeing. As noted in the listing, it’s an older home, so set your expectations accordingly. That said, it had everything we needed and was a comfortable place to return to each day. The space is a bit small, but that’s expected in Tokyo and didn’t impact our stay. What really stood out was the ease of access to key areas like Shibuya, Ueno, Akihabara, and of course, Shinjuku. There were also lots of great takeout and dine-in options nearby. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, which made the experience even better. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great location outside of the surrounding city business. Had easy access to buses and metro train stations!

The place is close to ikebukuro station. Ikebukuro is really great station where so many lines connect there. 2 minute walk to nearest exit (west exit), and some minutes walk to train gate. Close to 24hr convenient store. Also some kebab store. The place is clean. All you need for your stay is there. No tv, but has an android projector that has many apps like disney, netflix, youtube etc. This place is in 3rd floor, and no elevator. Prepare your power to lift up your baggage to 3rd floor. The closet has no electric bidet. I guess asian who want a bidet should use shower to spray. 😅😅 Afterall,it was a really nice and close place.

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

We had a fantastic stay! It really is a kid friendly accommodation in Tokyo. The loft is great to keep the little ones busy. The location was great—close to a few train stations, making it easy to explore the city. Do expect 30-45 minutes of transit towards main attractions. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.

Our family had a wonderful stay over New Year's in this very spacious and comfortable house. If, like me, you're reading all of the reviews before confirming your booking, let me quickly tell you: the other reviews are accurate; the home is spacious, clean and comfortable; the location is fantastic; and the host is proactive and responsive. My family really enjoyed our stay. The host, Akiko-san, was proactive and responsive. She messaged us to make sure we got settled. We asked if it was possible to get the water in the shower a little hotter, and within a few hours, on New Year's Eve no less, a gentleman came and fixed the issue for us. The house was a great environment for our 8-month-old baby. The kitchen is well-stocked; it was easy to prepare food for my baby, as well as breakfast for the rest of the group. The location is ideal. I could write so many more positive things, but don't have enough space. Highly recommend for your next family trip.
