This is a really nice apartment for a family. don't have anything bad to say really. very nice building complex, which is well maintained by multiple staff. really friendly guards at the gates. an extra plus was the nice pool with a sun roof, which helps if you want to swim with children for a longer time. very close to the ocean, and also good stores and restaurants. the apartment is very spacious. feels larger than it looks on the pictures. it was very easy to feel at home.

The Explorer Villa was perfect as our base for our cricket tour. The building is clean, spacious and full of character. The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. The access to the local beach is quick and easy, and while set a bit out of Dar proper, it was great to have all of us in one place we felt comfortable with. I'd recommend it wholeheartedly to others.

Simply put: THE BEST AIRBNB ACCOMMODATION EVER. Everything was PERFECT. The views, the location and the structure of the listing - not to mention the views - made our stay memorable. This is a 10/10 listing that is kind enough to also have average prices. Good value for money indeed. Or I almost forgot the kindness of the staff, all of them were extremely useful and courteous.
