Places to stay in Kingston Springs

All honesty was hesitant and thinking I should have booked somewhere else, but it really was great. Jimmy was super accommodating, understanding, and flexible with us! The hot tub was sooo nice to sit it, just not when the sun is beaming! Between the games, popcorn machine, etc… really didn’t have to leave the place if we didn’t want to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very clean place. quiet place to stay, close enough to everything but far away enough from the noise. Had everything we needed for our stay. I would stay here again in the future when visiting my family in the area.

Precisely what I needed. Beyond that--the surrounding views, the Factory being just down and across the street, downtown Franklin being a fifteen minute walk away... all was as it should have been. Bravo.

A quick girls trip with my daughter and a couple friends. This house was perfect for us the back porch and hot tub are great very comfortable beds and a great location we felt very safe in this area. Autumn was very quick to respond the 2 times I reached out. We really enjoyed our stay.

We've stayed in a lot of houses and this one was our favorite. We had four couples and everyone loved that they had their own bathroom. There was ample space to gather as a group (e.g., on the rooftop patio, around the huge kitchen island, the kitchen table, and three large sofa sitting rooms). The house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and super clean. The beds were so comfortable and their were plenty of linens. Mostly, you could really tell from all the little touches that they really wanted us to be comfortable in their home. We hope to come back sooner than later.

We loved the cottage! The location was fantastic. East Nashville has a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There are also a couple of nearby golf courses and a dog park. Uber is available for when you want to go honky-tonking on Broadway. We would definitely love to stay here again!

What a beautiful place! Spotless, spacious, comfortable. We’d expressed interest in the hottub and the host had it serviced/cleaned and ready for us. So many beds, so many baths, so much room for our extended family (of adults and young adults) Parking spots available (2), but a bit tight getting into them (didn’t want to risk dinging a rental car), so at times opted for the street parking right in front of the house instead. Coffee & bagels around the corner made it easy to feed both the early risers and those who slept in. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this stay.

Such an incredible stay! Low was a great host, and made the air b&b so cute for our bachelorette weekend. Would stay again!

It is in a great location with a healthy morning and afternoon activity vibe. I was expecting a party scene, but it was quiet at night. It is a great location with lots to see and do while only a short ride away from all that Nashville has to offer.
