Cheryl's property was just as in the pictures. It was very centrally located, near Devon House and other local restaurants and hot spots. Cheryl was always responsive and accommodating. The property had everything I needed for my family, including my 2 young children. The rooms were spacious and equipped with linens and towels. The beds as comfortable. The kitchen has all of the necessary supplies to prepare meals for a small family. The decor is beautiful but also comfortable. The building has 24/7 security and swipe card entry. The roof top pool and facilities where definitely a great added bonus. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Gorgeous apartment that’s in the middle of everything. There’s security on the grounds and added security to enter the floor you’re going on since it’s key card accessed. There’s a gym and pool on the roof and you get an amazing view of Kingston. What are you waiting for? Book it now

I had a really great stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, well put together, and super comfortable. It has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a half bath, and a washroom with a washer and dryer, which was really convenient. The living room felt cozy, and it was nice just relaxing on the couch and watching TV—it really added to the homey vibe. The kitchen was in excellent shape, with new appliances and everything needed for cooking. Some things I really appreciated was how spacious the entire place felt, making it easy to settle in as well as there were label on each light switch and other power switches in the house, so you knew exactly what turns on what... I found that very helpful and last but not least how proactive and considerate Gavain was in helping with little things that I needed. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place.

Very well presented, clean and comfortable one-bedder exactly as photographed but with plenty of 'little extras' that you don't often get in Air BnB's in Kingston which make the stay that little bit better. My husband and I visited for an extended weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! The property itself was massive and beautiful with stunning architecture inside and out. With six bedrooms this place is perfect for families as each room has its own bathroom and equipped with tv, Wi-Fi, and a huge pool perfect for relaxation and a quick dip. In addition the home is only minutes away from two beaches. The home is well maintained, and clean. This place was better than expected. With six rooms to choose from, we chose the room overlooking the ocean, literally the most breath taken view as the fresh air blows in through the windows. Upon arrival we knew exactly what to expect as he gave very clear instructions. The host also provided everything noted in the description such as towels, linens, soap etc very accommodating with a homely feel. We enjoyed it all. We had no complaints and would gladly book this stay again!!

This place is exactly as pictured! Everything was lovely and Nashon was extremely communicative and super flexible with us—fixing all of our problems immediately. We had a bachelorette there and had the time of our lives. It was the perfect space and walking distance to Devon House. Some things that are out of his control: 1. There’s construction next door so it’s a little noisy in the day. 2. The road that you turn on for the complex is dirt / full of potholes as it’s still developing, mine mindful of your transportation. 3. One of the two gate girlies is kinda rude.

This was my second time staying at Hugh’s place and it was just as amazing as the time before. I felt right at home and the location is central to all the fun of Kingston. I felt very safe at all times , absolutely no complaints

This Apt off Waterloo is like Paradise. Central City Location. Close to EVERYTHING. Immaculate!!! Has the look of a dream home. Extremely comfortable, serene, quiet and peaceful. Everything was accessible in the apartment. Nothing was an issue. Just perfect! The amenities are like icing on the cake. Amazing Rooftop view overlooking the city. It’s a wonderful experience. The pool on the roof will take your breath away. Take your pool gears, it’s very inviting! It is spotless clean. Hugh (The Host) is on point with clear and consistent communication. He’s definitely cool. Everything was a breeze. I’m definitely going back!!! It truly felt like home!!!
