A lovely oasis, Kingsmill on the James River (not part of Kingsmill Resort*) is adjacent to and was built by Busch Gardens and offers acres of preserved nature. This 1400 square feet condo, the largest two bedroom two full bathroom available in the newest section by the James River, walk to beach, spa, restaurants, playground. Condo has views of water in 3 seasons. *there's spa and beach access, for dogs too, but not pool...to use pool and resort, please book directly through Resort.

The Nook

Enjoy a getaway in this cozy 1 bedroom apartment attached to a classic 1940s Cape Cod home minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. You'll be within biking distance to many local attractions such as Williamsburg Winery, Jamestown Island, Jamestown Settlement, Jamestown Beach, and Billsburg Brewery.
